So, if we buy more shares tomorrow, will we have to worry about those at all? Or will they be safe from being used to cover, being naked shorted, etc?

I'm not sure how ANYONE would be selling tomorrow! It will be very interesting to see what happens here because this could reset much higher than anyone anticipated. You KNOW the MM's are meeting as we speak to figure out what the heck to do. Someone is gonna be in some serious doo doo if this plays out like it possibly could.

"IF" you can buy them, then your broker should honor them.

...sorry for the use of "doo doo".
The four letter explicative is much deserved in this particular context....quite forgiven for the one you actually used.

Not to bring up old heat but I can’t believe NOW that were we're never able to come up w one thing on the Caracas Group if there worth just under 6billion. After days of looking all I found was that reference to the Venezuelan political party which was favored financially by US gov. If they are the same group...

I'm putting this info up so we have all the knowledge possible. These are the meanings of the ratings. I think they have these ratings because they're from Ven.
Rating "Ba" Bonds which are rated Ba are judged to have speculative elements; their future cannot be considered as well-assured. Often the protection of interest and principal payments may be very moderate, and thereby not well safeguarded during both good and bad times over the future. Uncertainty of position characterizes bonds in this class. Rating "B" Bonds which are rated B generally lack characteristics of the desirable investment. Assurance of interest and principal payments of of maintenance of other terms of the contract over any long period of time may be small.
I just got a phone call and it was ID'd as my office number. I answer, its the HR Manager. He starts off with "Yea Steve? I hope i didnt interrupt your dinner but when you come in tomorrow........" ARRCCGCGH! "you wont need to bring lunch because yada yada....."
Heh, office lunch tomorrow warranted a call home...and a heart attack. Like it was critical that i didnt pack a sandwhich LOL
