Well, I must admit the after hours discussion was much better than what was going on during trading hours, yesterday. I was happy to see the "agenda" people leave. I know it hasn't happened that often with this thread, but those people that post here and are out to "save us" are really quite annoying - much like Aturd - and I feel for those of you who use them.
While this doesn't matter much at this point, I was rather disappointed with comments by some of the long time posters of FHAL/CSHD in regards to the extension filing. Three months of DD went out the window in a heartbeat and people were crying foul. While I completely understand that the short term ramifications to the stock price would have been affected, that extension did not change anything from a long term perspective.
Portman, I think you did a great job after hours providing sound logic and keeping a level head. Thank you.

As far as inquiries by some of the newer people, I think it's understandable to be asking about things that we all spent 400 plus (?) pages discussing over the past three months. It's hard for me to envision any new person looking into this because of all the excitement and then reading what would be days and days of information before ever posting any questions or concerns - but we should do our part to point them to the past DD (as many of you have) - but I also think that some of us have been jumping to conclusions too quickly about some of their intentions.
At any rate, I continue to appreciate the efforts of those involved here that are out to help everyone better understand this ever changing "movie" - and there are a lot of you.
Haven't heard from Chart in awhile, he must have went out drinking last night:)
That Tut thing is just strange to me - especially the words he uses to communicate. But as many of you have stated, this is the stangest of stock stories ever - so, I guess the Tut thing "fits in".

Well New2stocks and myself pulled an almost all nighter, went thru the 8k and learned a great deal. Everything Rufus said he had is there, I wish the 5 Billion Dollar bond would have made the cut off!!!
I'm sure we'll gap up Monday After Hours I'm showing over $3.40 now FYI... I may even chase it Monday with a little more $$$

hey all... my apologies MT(and everyone)... I was a little heated at first(even though i was only loosing capital) but coming back today and seeing that 8k soothed me:) I think most knew it was only short term... and hell... i'm not gonna pass up a great flip and add opportunity:D i don't think anyone does... i retract all statements made yesterday haha. feeling much better about this today and hopefully will be adding on monday. GLA!

I think I've been cautiosly and optimistically positive the whole way. Wasn't exactly sure what everyone was getting so upset about yesterday (I thought OK - delay) - I think it had a lot to do with something bad almost always happens when we play these stocks and we were preparing ourselves to get really angry if this didn't pan out the way we were promised - to be let down like we usually always are.
But hey, I think we are going to have a big party soon. We'll that enough from me - Bring Out Those Dancing Girls(curtain opens)

my apologie to this board, the bashers actually got under my skin yesterday in a very heated moment, usually I can handle them .... all is good. mike alexander said during his interview that conversion solutions had more assets than google (as comparison) google has as of 4-30-2006 ,(taken from pink sheets) 214,947,093 shares at $401.90 per share. what is the possibility that cvsu at 110,000,000 shares being worth double the price of google. just a thought I thought I would throw out there....hmmmm.

Chart ur great as far as charts u seem to call em like they show and others too uve proven urselves over more than enough and believe me so many peeps appreciate the abilities of each offering even myself ....i am not letting anyone unannounced cause we all do what we can and if someone has nothing to offer but a nice attitude hey go for it make some money i am not upset and just enjoy it if it comes ur way...

Hey all! Just wanted to say what a great ride it's been and what a great ride it will still be!!! This board is extremly level headed which I like!!! I am Riding freeshares due to the sound advice on this board (glassman as of the latest, thanks Glass!) Back to the extention. Bud says the delay is too many pages of paperwork. I don't buy it. I read back through he last 10 pages or so here and I didn't see this discussesd yet. Sorry if I missed it. This details extention reason and it says they aren't done with audit......
PART III -- NARRATIVE State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 10-KSB, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
