Out of respect for the VERY NICE Admin's here at Allstocks I won't go into what happened. I got out of line at one point (Mr.Bung was not the issue at all, he was rather amusing infact) and justice needed to be served. Nuff Said! I am glad to be back.

I see while I was gone 2slowforyou managed to squeeze out some really uningenius information... I read his posts (dribble drabble) and he was off the mark in 95% of what he said. I will credit him with being 5% right however THE COMPANY IS TRYING ITS HARDEST AND THAT IS ALL WE CAN ASK AND EXPECT...

What is everyone's 'take' on the re-release of the PR... It went from saying 2% of the A/S to 2% of the O/S...

I'd rather 2% of the A/S... espically if it is 50 billion,at 2% that is 1 Billion shares...

2% at 15 Billion is 300 Million...

2% at the O/S of 9.5 Billion (sp[eculation on my part) would be 175-195 Million shares, or abouts...

Again, I'd be happy with removing 195 Million shares... However can I pose this theory of mine:

Let us say the A/S IS infact 50 Billion... With an O/S of 9.5 Billion, of which:

Of 9.5 Billion Out Standing Shares we can estimate:

51%-55% is controlled by Frank.
1. So roughly 4.75 - 5.2 Billion shares are under Franks control to retain a controling percentage. Those shares are restricted.

2. How many shares are owned by insiders and are restricted? 10%, 5%??? I will go with 10% just because it's easy to do.

So 450 - 510 Million shares are owned by Insiders (presumably)...

3.
That leaves a public float of perhaps 4-5 Billion shares... Between roughly 6000-8000 share holders (March PR)

HOWEVER...
Frank said he will retire 25% of his shares (or so the rumor goes)... If he does he will lose control of the company, which is a problem. However this is an option...

If frank retires 25% of his restricted shares, and he has 4-5 Billion, 25% is roughly 1 Billion to 1 Billion 250 Million shares...

If he does this he will not have the proper 51% control... Or does he?

If frank purchases 2% of the A/S as part of the BUY BACK, AND IF THE A/S IS 50 BILLION, frank will buy back roughly 1 Billion shares...

Lets say he buys back the 1 Billion shares from the float (common or restricted)...

He retires those 1 billion BUYBACK shares into the treasury. At this point his percentage of control of the company will be much greater than the orginal 51%-55%, which is good for him and us. However, if he retires HIS 25%, which also equals 1 Billion (or 1 billion and 250 million, depending on what the real O/S is) his retaining control will fall back to 51%-55%... why?

Well he bought back 1 billion shares (lets say) and he retires his 25%, which equalls roughly 1 billion... he retired an equal amount of public and private shares... so in the end, his percentage of control would remain the same, go up slightly or even down slightly...

Do you see what I am saying? By him retiring an equal amount of shares as he bough back, there would be no loss for Frank, in controlling terms... He'd still be left with 51%-55% control, and we have, if this scenario panned out, 2 Billion less shares...

Our O/S would then be roughly 7 Billion shares...

If a Gay/Lesbian Network is worth AT LEAST ONE BILLION US DOLLARS, we are still worth AT LEAST .11 -.13 per share...

STILL UNDERVALUED AT .004x

Maybe this is byrd thinking, and maybe it should only be 'for the byrds', however, the numbers all pan out equal using the 50 billion A/S and 9.5 Billion O/S... Frank buys back 2% of the A/S (roughly 1 billion) and retires 25% of his shares ( roughly 1 billion)... It all equals out, frank doesn't lose and either do we...

A g/l NETWORK (not a channel, channels are for Chumps) is worth at least one billion dollars, as per Viacrapola...

Again, that is still roughly .11 a share, or what a 25 TIMES increase from what the pps is now!

I still say Frank will get the 0/S below 8 billion, maybe like 7 billion, and even at that, we are still worth a lot of money, even though I deffinatly think in time we can support 1 dollar a share... Remember Frank isn't going to sell out right away... He wants his name to be big, MUCH bigger than what it is now, and for him to get that, He can't sell out at a dime or even a quarter...

So if our Float is only 3 - 3.5 Billion after all is said and done, I still think we can break a dime, no questions asked... Factor in moving off the pinks, and all the other stuff, fifty cents isn't impossible...

Yeah did I mention that Viacomm bought BLACK ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION for multiple BILLIONS of dollars??? (I think that is where the 'Noterious B.I.G.' made his Mega-millions... not 100% sure however)

BET in the mid-1990's SOLD FOR BILLIONS OF DOLLARS....

Gay's have HALF A TRILLION DOLLARS IN SPENDING POWER...

If our market taps 1% of that spending power, We should be worth 5 billion dollars...

If we just tap 2/10th's of One Percent of the 500 Billion, we are worth ONE BILLION DOLLARS, OR .11-.13 per share...

AT TWO TENTHS OF ONE PERCENT PEOPLE!!!

All we need to do is tap 1% of that market, 5 billion dollars a year, if we reach an audiance of 5 billion dollars, would not our market cap reflect that? So now if we DO get 1%, or $5 Billion, that puts us DANGEROUSLY close to ONE DOLLAR PER SHARE...

It may not happen over night but right now what is our market? 1/100 of 1% of the 500 Billion? 50 Million dollars? Thats at 1/100th of 1 percent...

i guess anything to distract from Q's potential, huh? i hope if we see him back he is ignored.

If it were a case of a new TV network that had successfully launched, and was airing across the country, and was trying to get the attention of the "Big Money" that wouldn't stoop so low as to invest in penny stocks, well then, in this rare case, maybe we could deal with a R/S.

Reverse splits aren't inherently bad, right? It's just that most companies who do it are on the decline. But a company on the rise, doing a R/S, and lowering their O/S, and moving to a bigger exchange, could possibly benefit from it.

Hypothetically speaking. Worse-case scenario, and all that...

But hey, what do I know?

• (check) QBID has retained a major IR group to start a campaign for them as early as next week

• shares count remains in the 9B range, that was after the last placement was done last week. the investors are long term

• frank is in NY i will see him friday he is interviewing w/ wall street journal and daily times

The investors in this new network's stock (it's a penny stock), me being one of them, are trying to confirm that this is actually happening. I personally only know people in SanFran with Direct TV, but QTV is only on RCN.

So, if you have RCN, could you flip to those two channels, 250 and 255, and let me know what you see? I would really appreciate it!!!

Well you asked for our thoughts, so I'm providing them. Deal with it Anyway, the fact that they have so many shares makes it MORE likely to happen. I wouldn't be surprised to see one in the next 6 months.

How could I possibly sabotage this company? If a company tanks because one person asks questions about it, what good is the company to begin with? The success of this company depends entirely on how QTN proceeds.
