I would rather stay on pinks guys.. Listen why.

Being listed on Pink Sheet there are little to no requirements that need to be met. Such as filing, fees, ect. Read about listing on Pinks below and best of all read about the visabilty benefit.

What Issuers Should Know

The Pink Sheets offers a quotation service for market makers. It does not list securities. Therefore, issuers may list securities on the Pink Sheets. Only broker-dealers who are market makers may apply to quote securities on the Pink Sheets.
The Pink Sheets does not charge issuers a fee for being quoted on the service.

Market makers are charged for each security in which they make a market in the Pink Sheets and are prohibited by NASD Rule 2460 from accepting payment by an issuer or their affiliate for publishing quotes.
Issuers are not required to register securities with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or be current in their reporting requirements to be quoted on the Pink Sheets.

These registration and reporting requirements apply to securities quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB), Nasdaq, NYSE and other national securities exchanges.

Issuers may be quoted on the Pink Sheets and in other markets, such as the OTCBB, Nasdaq, NYSE and AMEX simultaneously.
The Pink Sheets LLC is a private company that is not affiliated with the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. or the NASD.

What is the Issuer's Role in the Pink Sheets ?

In the over-the-counter market, where issuers do not apply to list and there are few regulatory requirements for issuers to follow, it can be difficult to understand how a company can support it's stock trading in the Pink Sheets, or even why it should. The most fundamental answer to that question is that issuers should encourage trading of their stock because an active market makes it easier to raise capital. The best way for issuers to encourage trading of their stock is through communication and disclosure.

Disseminating company information, including news and financial data, to the investing community will encourage an active market in your security. In the absence of good information, for example, market makers may not be able to make a two sided quote, which is a critical element of a liquid market - investors must be able to both buy and sell your stock. The Pink Sheets offers issuers a wide range of easy and cost effective tools to facilitate communication with the marketplace about your company and foster an active market in your stock. Please see our Products and Services section for more information.

BENEFITS TO ISSUERS

Investor Relations/Shareholder Communications - You can capitalize on the visibility pinksheets.com provides by subscribing to our premium issuers products. Our News Release Service, Financial Report Service and Level II quote sponsorship provide easy access to in-depth information about your company that is valuable to both current and potential investors. These services are easy to use and offer an efficient way for you to communicate with the investing public.

Visibility - Being quoted on the Pink Sheets can raise awareness of your company among the investment community, which can in turn increase your company's brand recognition and create demand for the products and services your company sells. An active trading market itself can serve as advertisement for those products. Hundreds of brokers and dealers use our services directly and we redistribute Pink Sheets' quotes to third party data vendors such as Bloomberg, which in turn provide access to Pink Sheets data through their own extensive distribution networks.

Pinksheets.com provides your company with increased presence on the web as well. Millions of investors visit our website for quotes, news and trading data each month.

i do agree whiz but we also need more then RCN to get our pps moving. RCN can help a great deal if by mid-novmber we have 25,000 subscribers from them. the city's we will be in, that number is very possible. that number will cause other cable operater to sit up & take notice. we need a total of 100,000 by yrs end from rcn to make them drool.

Bigtip - the only problem that I see about pinks is that perception they are a 2nd class stock that are inferior to the "big boards" besides being very risky.

Press Release for RCN Corporation

RCN Completes Network Upgrade to Provide Manhattan with the Best in Digital Services
9/23/2004 10:59:00 AM
NEW YORK, Sep 23, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- RCN Corporation (Pink Sheets: RCNCQ) today announced that it has completed the network upgrade of its customer buildings in Manhattan. The buildings now have RCN's proprietary two-way fiber MegaBand (R) network enabling subscribers in these buildings to receive RCN's full suite of unparalleled cable TV, phone and high-speed Internet.

In conjunction with the network upgrade, RCN has seen an increasing number of its customer base taking bundled high-speed data and phone services in addition to cable TV, with almost 75 percent of second-quarter 2004 installations coming from its product bundles. In addition, average revenue per customer (ARPC) climbed 30 percent during the last 12 months, and average services per customer (ASPC) grew 25 percent in RCN's upgraded two-way buildings.

RCN designed and built the MegaBand (R) network with tomorrow in mind, making future product launches and service enhancements easy and more cost effective, unlike other existing local competitive networks.

"RCN's network is second to none. It gives us a competitive advantage," said PK Ramani, general manager for RCN's New York market. "With this upgrade, we're making an investment in our customers. We're excited to provide them with a robust suite of products and services that will provide choice and give them the best telecommunications value available."

Besides RCN's core triple-play bundle of cable television, local- and long-distance phone and high-speed Internet, RCN's lineup of digital products includes:

MegaModem Mach7: The fastest two-way residential Internet service in the city at 7 megabits per second downstream and up to 800K bps upstream is more than six times faster than DSL and double the speed of the competition's high- speed Internet service. MegaModem Mach 7 far exceeds any other Internet provider which typically only offers downloads speeds of up to 3Mbps and upload speeds of up to 384Kbps. With the faster speed RCN delivers, customers can enjoy:

* Multi-player online gaming
* Streaming video clips and downloading music
* E-mailing large files like family photos
* Working from a home office
* Hosting their own Web sites and more

RCN InterAction Games and Music: Download and play the hottest games, like Splinter Cell and Ghost Recon, plus access more than 700,000 songs by artists like Beyonce, The Beastie Boys and Jessica Simpson.

Impulse On-Demand: RCN's Video-On-Demand (VOD) product provides customers with the latest movies and more to enjoy -- at their leisure -- with full VCR- like control.

HDTV: The revolution in television viewing -- providing customers with a state-of-the-art movie theatre-like experience. RCN offers the most channels of HDTV programming in New York (including ESPNHD, DiscoveryHD, HBO and more) with unparalleled sharpness and detail.

DVR (Digital Video Recorder): Digitally record favorite shows without a VCR. Plus, access RCN's lineup of HDTV channels with an HD-ready television -- both services are available with one converter box.

For more online information about these services, please go to: http://www.rcn.com/corpinfo/NY/newyork.php

Not sure why it didn't star either. The board has a automatic check list (filter). The admin. puts words in this list such as curse words and words from unwanted websites and the server sees these words it stars them out automatically.

Looks like a lot of manipulation to me. Not large buys. They are correcting the buys after they are posting them. Looks like there trying to keep price down or bring price down.

yes I believe they are trying to bring the price down and they know they are running out of time. I personally hope they get caughtneeding shares when the price breaks lose. It's only a matter of time, and I think the time is right around the corner.

I know that some may have or have other programs but I think if you don't you will really like this. Bart gave this link to me back in May and I hardly ever go into my Ameritrade account anymore unless I am actually trading. It will link to your Scottrade, Ameritradde, Freetrade, Etrade, ect. account and you can view real time streaming. Time and sale raw feed, If you have level II through your service it will link it. Its Great.

I don't have anything to do with this program except like it very much. AND I have been able to use this even when Ameritrade was down.

I love this to track all my OTC and pinks that I am watching. They have raw data streaming which provides time and sales. I link it to my Ameritrade so I get real time on everything. They have free links but I think they are delayed but it can link to all online brokers that you have.

I am in my Scottrade right now. I must say I "LOVE" my quotetracker. It is the best. IMHO.
Links right to my scottrade acct.

GLTA.

Let them bring the price down. Can only hold it down so long. Ready for the POP!

Thats wierd. I wonder why I can't get into Scottrade. I actually trade through freetrade, but I use Scottrade for my streamer. Thanks for that link Ric. I will give it a try and link it to my freetrade account.
