If you minimize it instead of closing it, it will accumalate data for Raw data streamer. Minimizing takes it to the systray not the tool bar. Just right click on stock for list of streamers and charts. Research takes you to Yah o o financials. Historical charts can be set up anyway you want depending on your choice of indicators.

Looks like a lot of manipulation to me. Not large buys. They are correcting the buys after they are posting them. Looks like there trying to keep price down or bring price down.

Ric

Ric,

Thats not manipulation. That's bad data. Not uncommon with Scottrade. Could also be caused if you have Quotetracker setup to get data from 2 or more datafeeds on the same symbol. If so, remove the symbol from one of the portfolios so it will only be getting data from one datafeed.

If you still have a problem, email support@quotetracker.com

As do I since I am one of the designers of the software . The negative volume in the raw data window in QT means that QT got a quote with lower volume than the previous quote. That is not supposed to happen (technical issue, not legal one).

Found this, thought it was interesting:

*******************************************
CREST, TIDE MAKER GIVES MONEY, CLOUT TO REPEAL LAW FORBIDDING SPECIAL RIGHTS FOR HOMOSEXUALS

Procter & Gamble, makers of Crest toothpaste and Tide detergent, has publicly thrown their support and money behind the homosexual political agenda.

P&G recently wrote to their Cincinnati employees urging them to support the repeal of a city law that forbids giving special rights to homosexuals. In 1993, the citizens in Cincinnati adopted the law by a vote of 62% to 38%. P&G is now working to get that law repealed and has given $10,000 toward that goal.
http://www.pgboycott.com/pginformation.pdf (letter to employees) http://www.pgboycott.com/pgcontributions.pdf (contribution)

To our knowledge, Procter & Gamble is the first company to support the political agenda of the homosexual movement.

While not explicitly saying so in their public announcement supporting the repeal, P&G clearly showed their support for homosexual marriage. P&G said they "will not tolerate discrimination [against homosexuals] in any form, against anyone, for any reason." To keep homosexuals from being legally married is discrimination for good reason, which P&G says they will not tolerate. Taking them at their word, P&G supports homosexual marriage.

Take Action

American Family Association is asking pro-family groups and individuals to:

(1) Boycott two products of P&G — Crest toothpaste and Tide detergent. (Make sure your replacement is not a P&G product.)

(2) Call Chrm. A.G. Lafley at 513-983-1100 and politely let him know that you are participating in the boycott and will ask others to do the same.

(3) Please Click Here to register your support for the boycott. We will send a regular update to P&G on the number participating. http://www.pgboycott.com/signpetition.asp

(4) Please forward this email to your friends and family.

(5) Click here to print out and distribute the boycott Crest and Tide petition. http://www.pgboycott.com/PGBoycottPetition.pdf

Sincerely,

Don

Anyone see this article. Just a small part below click link to read it all.
http://lesbianlife.about.com/od/lesbiansontv/a/QTV.htm

Lesbian and Gay TV Network
I had the opportunity to talk with Frank Olsen, CEO and President of Q Television Network, a new TV channel for gays and lesbians. Q Television will show programming for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and trans community. This television network was created to develop a network devoted to providing television programming for the gay and lesbian community. While the company expects much of its subscriber base to be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. The company's programming will be available on a subscription basis to those desiring its programming. The network will broadcast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week beginning in late 2004.
Here's what Frank Olsen, president of Q Television had to say.

KB: Where did the idea of Q Television first come from?

I got the idea for Q Television from watching Trinity broadcasting.

------

How can people check out the programming on Q Television?

By mid-October we should be in 7 major markets across the USA and we expect 100,000 customers by December. We will offer 30 days free viewing in all broadcast areas. We hope to be in 55% of the country by mid-January. Remember that Q Television is a baby right now, just as MTV was 20 years ago, and we have to grow. We will be inclusive and make programming for the entire gay community as we grow. The $7.95 subscription fee is for two reasons: 1) to generate revenue for the cable/satellite companies and 2) because we want to be in people's homes at their invitation ONLY. We will be there because they WANT us to be there.

Q Television Network and Firestone Communications Inc. announced their second deal this week.

On the heels of Wednesday’s announcement that Firestone will assist Q in moving its main satellite connection from New Orleans to Fort Worth, Texas, by redigitalizing the network’s signal and sending it through to RCN Corp. for uploading, the two parties said Friday that Firestone will produce a portion of Q’s live programming.

Among shows Firestone will produce for Q will be a live call-in show hosted by a gay or lesbian personality and a news and sports show, along with 40 documentaries on gay and lesbian celebrities.

"We look forward to producing Q's dynamic and realistic television shows and a historically important series of documentaries,” Firestone president Michael Fletcher said in a prepared statement.

100,000 subscribers doesn't seem out of reach to me if they get the straight crowd they are hoping for. I'd subscribe if they had it on Directv.

Something is definitely in the works with a big carrier if they plan to have carriage in 55% of the country by mid January. Boy...did he throw us a bone with that comment. Oh well...something to chew on for a few more months.
