Jenna, I take snarky to be like "snppy and sarcastic". I'd say well short of the point of *****y, but kind of "unprovoked", if you will.
I thikn people are just gettng (have been?) frustrated. I think Tex wa saying that people are complaining that CSHD isn't trading fairly because of the SEC and Tex said it could have been trading if the response was filed quickly. You're then saying "what good would that have done", and I think that's a valid point, but not really directly related to Tex's point.

I was in the area Sat., so I stopped by the ranch where we had the BBQ. I don't really have anything to report. I'm pretty sure RPH wasn't there (I didn't see his truck). There were 2 guys working cleaning old stumps and brush from one of the fields. I didn't bother to go see them. I could see that one did have on a cowboy hat, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't RPH. The guy was in a GMC truck and I think Rufus is a Ford man. Possibly the owners cleaning up the place to lease it out again? Did Rufus every say that he lost the ranch?

Milliam? Since you live in the area...you should swing by the Humane society and ask about the horses and see if you can't go see them and see if they are in "bad shape"... After all weren't the horses suppose to be "one of the JV's"?

10- did you see that Rufus got a summons to be in court the same day that he is supposed to be in Washington....the summons is for violating a Leash Law, but he said the weird thing is he never got a ticket for that....

I'm not exactly sure what happenned to Repoman. He used to Pm me occasionally and then he vanished. So much for our internet affair
There is someone over on the FRPT board on Yahoo with the name Repoman575 or something like that. I'm not sure if it is the same Repoman though or just someone who "stole" his name. That Repoman seems a bit more of a jerk. I know the Repoman that posted here could be a jerk too, but usually in a funny way.

I live somewhat close to the area, but its still a 2+ hour drive to get there. I was up that way for something else, so I drove by the ranch.
Also, from what I gather, Paul is supposed to head to DC for the presidential dinner. This is what he's alluded to at least.
As for the leash law stuff...I'd be real surprised the area he lives in even has a leash law. It seems to be way back in the sticks, but for all I know, he had his dogs at the park or something without a leash. Who knows!

Jenna? Doesn't there have to be a SHC in order to have a meeting? It is my understanding that that SHC was "dissolved"/finished as of around January 17th...and there is no other put in place...

He got banned enough times that my guess is by mutual agreement (or Allstocks staff agreement anyway...) he doesn't post here anymore. I've chatted with him a few times on IHUB, but not in a while.

I've been out of the penny loop except CSHD for months. I'm a teacher and only trade on summer break. Well I'm on summer break now. I pretty much lost most of my play money last summer here at CSHD. But I got a few bucks to play with this summer.
I love some PM's of what stock plays look good in the next couple weeks that I can start looking at.

you're welcome to do as you please, but just a hint... peeps that like to PM about "good plays" may not have your interests in mind. For example, one way I spot a front-loader is a poster with "great experience" or "willing to share" yada yada and then says, "Just PM me for the info."
