I think we know who authored the Terms of Service for Rufus' kool-aide site. Check this out...

I am watching one and only one thing over there - the appearance and frequent disappearance of some of Rufus' posts. I am concerned that Rufus is posting things he knows he shouldn't for just long enough to get noticed and then pulling the post. First there were emails and then a Bloomberg screenshot. If any good could be planned from Rufus, we do NOT need it impeded by litigation brought on by prideful postings.
Additionally, it is useful to keep an eye on Rufus' posts as insight into what he is thinking. Many of them are very subtle (some would say booze-induced but I don't think so... not entirely).

Just for all's info, Taxback discovered that when the site gets over so many pages it automatically deletes it's own pages......
I thought most over there knew that because Tax kept posting that....but I think some over there like to believe it's the shorts, or MA, or Tut doing the deleting, not all of them trying to spin that just a few....

According to the terms of service, if someone posted your PM's to them, isn't that invasion of a person's privacy????? after all that was a PM = PRIVATE MESSAGE......
By the way, he wasn't posting one from me to you was he??? LOL

Amazing...I'm sure Brazil starts the rumor and they all say...it must be true if it came from you.

Jenna,
If you read the Terms of Service, Brazil breaks them with almost every single post. Check this out…
“You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. This is not only humorous, but legal actions can be taken against you. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this forum”.
He is defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, and hateful to everyone who disagrees with him. He says it's a big conspiracy and we all are part of a ring of shorts and / or "mafia" types who are just trying to divert everyone’s attention away from his DD…which in his world means…away from the truth. Once he smells blood, he starts harassing you by responding to every post you make while distorting it to the point of making you look bad. He will say things like…my respect for you is 2 out of 100. Somebody apologized to him for something and he said “Apology accepted…my respect for you has gone up to 10 of 100”. He is quite delusional in my opinion. What’s frustrating is that you know damn well his “sheeple” don’t go back to see if he is right about what he claims.
As far as the PM, he outright lied and posted that I sent him 4 PM's (like I was either crazy or desperate) and that he downloaded them in case legal action was required. The PM was just an olive branch type PM which was not negative in any way. I actually felt bad for the way we all jumped on him the day before. I felt like I might have crossed the line and possibly embarrassed him when I pointed out the fact that he did not even know how to spell St. Matthew (on both HSM and the Rufus site) when he quotes this very apostle's scripture in his own signature. I have corrected him on two separate occasions. Or perhaps I was too mean when I asked him to correct or delete his immature statement that Portman's wife was a “mail-order-bride”. Or...I thought he might be mad at me for telling him that his DD, while very good, is not always 100% accurate and that he does not always deserve a cigar because he might lead people down the wrong road.
What he was trying to do was mess with my credibility as far as the other people are concerned. He wanted them to think he was superior and I was just an angry conspirator making things up and grasping for straws. He said…and I quote… “I’m done with you”…like he is my boss or my teacher.
You would not believe how many PM’s that I got from people who asked me to please just ignore him and to play nice with him. They would say things like “I don’t always agree with him and / or like the way he treats others, but you definitely don’t want to cross his path”. Little did he know that he messed with the wrong badger…and he went down the wrong road by insulting me, my friends and my home board. I told him that he would not last 10 minutes on this thread….do you think he would last that long?

Matt, It's true he would never come here because he would be destroyed.....
You sure did kick him right back in the nads....
I think you should keep posting the terms over & over on every page....that would be sooo funny....
I will not be going back there...that place is tooo weird....I can't imagine that Rufus likes where it is going....
Also, as a nurse for many years, (and I am not being sarcasrtic & I am being serious)...I can tell you that just by the way he talks there MAY be something wrong.....like a personality disorder, a head injury, or a chemical imbalance.....sort of like a head injury though...they tend to snap & think everyone is out to get them (not all head injuries but most)...

I probably will not visit there again....I am surprised that Rufus would want his website ran like that because even people who are his biggest fans are not comfortable with his site....
So becareful, & for all our sakes if you see anyone talk down this website & the posters on here show some loyalty!!!
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST WEBSITE THERE IS....& I AM GLAD TO BE A PART OF IT WITH ALL OF YOU!!!!!
It seems as though I may have offeded someone at the other site.....I think I made my post sound as if Taxback is the only one that does dd over there.....THAT IS NOT WHAT I MEANT.....I meant, at the time when this was going on Tax was dding something....there was OT conversations going on....but Tax, AT THE TIME, was the only one doing dd that was from Allstocks but he even came in to defend A.S......we all know how Tax is...he is a go - getter....doing dd sometimes when there is none to be done.....there are a lot of people over on Rufus' site that do dd, so if I have offended anyone I am sorry....I was not clear enough....
Good Night....

I'm catching up on the last SPR show (I'm always running behind these days ).
Did anyone find anything about a CEO having to be a US citizen? Someone called in and told Simon you have to be a US citizen to run a US company, but I he didn't give any info to back it up. I've tried searching the SEC site as well as Delaware's corporation site about this, but I haven't found a definite law either way. Delaware's site says you can operate a LLC if your a non citizen, but that's as much as I've found.

Doesn't surprise me one bit Milliam....however, Rufus sounded awfully confident of this issue. On second thought...it did seem to come up as an afterthought during the interview. It's possible even HE did not know.
How have you been? You sound busy.

Yeah, building some race cars here at work...quite the cluster if you know what I mean.
There was another thing on the SPR show that peaked my interest. Rufus mentioned that he took back over Equine Solutions because CSHD didn't keep their funding contract with him (or something like that). Quite ironic!

Ok, one more thing then I'm going home to my wife...its our anniversary and I'm at work .
If Mike is now claiming that the merger will be canceled, what happens to the Wattle and CVSU shares that were added to FHAL's shares? How can Mike give the O/S of 159,000,000? I'm assuming this included the Wattle/CVSU shares. Just wondering.

Igor, I wouldn't invite anyone to come work with us....it sounds fun, but usually it isn't much. Contact me through PM if you'd like to come see our place...its up in Braselton. Its kind of cool, but nothing all that great. That invite goes for anyone of yall that's in the area or travels to Atlanta (we're about an hour from the airport).
Source, I'm working on building our GT2 Esperante race car. I've built the beginnings of every chassis from the start, but now we're building the whole car here. Its a cool car and we actually won our class in the 24 hours of Lemans this year...it was the first time anyone had beaten the Porches in this category in a long, long time. Our cars use lots of Ford components, so I'm sure you'd recognize most of the stuff we use. We just got in 3 of the Shelby engines for our new car.
Sorry for the OT....at least I wasn't clammering for Karma .

Cool , I figured being in the south eastern U.S. it would have been circle track related .
What Shelby engine are you using ? The 5.4 3V like in the Gt500 and Ford Gt ?

Bucky, I'm not real sure if there's concrete evidence that MA said that exaclty, but I think he did allude to it on a post on HSM. I've heard other talk about it as well, including Rufus...of course that doesn't make it true. I'll search on HSM and see if I can find the post (if there was one).

So far, this is the only post from Bodi (MA over on HSM) that talks about killing the merger. This post is in answer to someone asking MA what the steps are for the future.
Jan 16th, 2007 Bodi 1. Kill the merger and all the illegally sold preferred shares by Rufus and company.
2. Get the go ahead from the SEC to resume trading on the OTCBB...
3. Get the go ahead to bring new real assets to the company...
4. Bring real assets into the company and allow the business model to work...
