LOL. Now that is animal cruelty. See maybe Rufus is right. Watch what you post. Mr CE might be getting a knock on his door next. If not then maybe Tex for using the phrase "beating a dead horse".

On second thought maybe they both will get a knock on their door.

Hmm, well I guess if he was over feeding the horses in order to supply the shareholders with enough horse manure, in a strictly technical legal sense it might be construed as cruelty to animals.

Wally when you say:
"in a strictly technical legal sense it might be construed as cruelty to animals"

You are calling the shareholders the animals that he was cruel to...right?

It was 6-8 weeks ago, would it really matter now? CSHD changes daily and as usual nothing ever comes to fruition, sadly.

OK,

I have been pretty flippant in my recent posts about my and our positions in this stock in the recent past but now will get serious.

RPH has been stating that we all need to pull certs. I have wondered why but will not go into the speculation here.

Many of uss, including myself found our names on the NOBO list as of OCT 26 2006. RPH, put the list out there and declared us as shareholders. He has also made many referernces as to this list.

I,IMO, do not see how he or anyone else can now state that we do not legally hold these shares. Not him nor the DTC or TA can dispute this list. So why should anyone on that list incur additional financial expenditures to request HCC?

I see no reason. The company by posting the list told me I owmed the shares. If as he states there is a huge short position it has nothing to do with the shares that we legitmately own.

I want him to come out and state why we need to pull Certs. I am not an evildoer, as he likes to call people, I am a shareholder in limbo along with everyone else who holds shares.

He stated he wanted investors and not flippers. He got his wish. I don't know anyone who will sell at a 90% or above loss unless they have made so much money they need the write off. Too early in the year to worry about write-offs.

So why should we lose money by ordering CERTS? Ok now I will be called a shorter and evildoer by those on his board and maybe even by RPH himself.

OK. read all my posts from when I first started posting on any forum. Here. H S M, or I H U B, Then read RPH's posts and see who is believable or not.

That will be your decision and no matter what Good Luck.

Wally

Haha, yea maybe. But, quite honestly i dont think so. He seemingly WANTS to show that Judge something in front of a federal court. Wouldnt it be somethin' if he walked into the court house the day of trial and pulled out a Hard Cert with 20 million (or so) COMMON SHARES listed on it?

Ok, one last thing about the dead horse....

I do have one thing that concerns me about the float theory. If "someone" owned roughly 20 million shares wouldnt the TA have known that when this all started? And, if he knew...would he really push his luck by allowing the manipulation to occur on his watch?

Any thoughts?

Playing devil's advocate here, check into "Select Transfer" if you have a few minutes.

One (unconfirmed) version is that someone posed as a representative of the company and "fooled" te TA into thinking they were authorized to increase O/S count (this is for BHUB).

If so, their E&O insurance would probably cover them.

(The other theory is they were flat out corrupt, as is implied by the fact that a similiar situation MAY have happened with like 15 other "Select Transfer" companies...)

Anyway, TA could have screwed up, been duped, or corrupt. Any of the three could cause that situation.

Although this is all speaking generally, not about CSHD in this situation.

And to steal this from someone else from this board:

Am just not following how that would help answer the complaint... Can't remember the specific wording, but seems like the bond(s) and a filing (or two) were the main points of contention. That's what will need to be answered.

Furthermore, seems as though it could also lead to more trouble: in other words, the press releases, iterviews, etc were clearly aimed at desribing the stock as a "good investment," if you will. So to come back later and announce shareholders couldn't have gotten valid shares... ??? Seems like the plaintiff and maybe even the Grand Jury would have a field day with that. I dunno... mainly I see a problem with straying from the items in the complaint.

Tex, I agree 100% with your post....and I can wrap my mind around the idea that maybe this is why Rufus has stalled to answer the default. Maybe CEOTA was lie #1, $15 a share #2, bonds....etc. I accepted long ago that this might have been JUST a setup, nothing more. Without lies to make CVSU look HUGE the bad guys may have just moved on and the document trail would have stopped there. They needed attention...all the way from me (a non-trader who just fell upon this) up to the Federal Courts.

If this is the case I imagine that Rufus may just be hoping for some sort of protection from prosecution if he exposes "something". All speculation and yes, maybe beating a dead horse, but im just trying to stick by what Harris has said all along and the comments about the float being bought up came out very early in this game.

Dare I delve into the discussuion about a large number of shares managing to make their way into the Berlin exchange? [Smile]

Wow!!! James has been dropping a lot of stuff over on HSM. So far, he's posted CSHD's bank records for a couple of months and RPH's (supposed) Euroclear username and password.

He's also alluded that RPH's recent arrest was due to not feeding his horses, that they found at least one horse dead, and that RPH lost the ranch he had his horses on. He said this was all due to RPH being broke.

Crazy stuff...JG does say he will support RPH though because he's the only one that seems to want to get CSHD out of this mess. He did add that he feels we have a .02% chance of getting out of this.

And so it begins eh Milliam? [Wink]

MY OPINION regarding James rattling off these things.

We have already been told this would be coming. Next Arlitt should chime in....and maybe we will have a few words from MA (Bodi). This should all lead up to another "take over"...but who will be named the next champion?

If what James is posting is true it will be public knowledge soon enough. If its not, well, lets play it this way.....
