Yes Tex...CSHD Certs is what people are describing... and it does sound like the company seal is not the same on all of them(raised and not raised)but I thought it was "the number" on CERTS that made a difference...people are trying to figure out the differences...

Milliam, TAs are required to have some kind of insurance against things like this that would cover the costs. At least I am pretty sure that's the case. Tex, care to clarify?

TA's who handle NYSE and some other exchange *are* required to carry what is known as E&O policies, as in Errors and Omissions...
Unfortunately, that does not necessarily include this TA...they may carry it...might not. The other caveat is the insurance company wouldn't pay if the TA is involved in fraud...ie, it's for "accidents," not "willful acts," if that makes sense...

BTW, a few people have called the county jail down in GA (Bartow?) and Rufus was arrested and released yesterday. No details yet but the rumor is animal cruelty.

yeah, my take on the "boonies" in GA (if it's like here in MS) is that the sherrif is too busy collecting "duty" on all the trailer park meth distributors/labs to bother with animal cruelty.

dangerous job, that... when city cops here find a lab, my buddy in fire dept HazMat usually has to go along...at least, that was the case a few years ago...literally, an explosive situation...

With the animal cruelty...so much depends on how many times there have been complaints filed for the AC...and then the amount of times that the complaints were found to be true...and "we" still don't know that it was AC charges or how they were "reported" or by who...BUT if he is already on a type of probation...(from past drinking and what not?) Sometimes even having an allegation made could break some type of probation...i don't know..not in that county to know their regs...

Think about back when Rufus said "someone" had bought up the float, possibly pre-merger. Its believed by some that the float is actually locked in the Euroclear system. Depending on when that person began buying up the float would designate how many "real shares" were even in the market at the time of merger....hence comments about "most" of the shares we hold are probably not real.
People comment on how confident Rufus is. Well, if he KNOWS where 20 million shares are and we continue to trade hundreds of millions of shares anyway...I guess I cant blame him for being so confident.
Thats MY thought on the counterfeit shares. I think there are A LOT of them and IMO all from the TA.

Tex, with Rufus, it's probably a good idea to call the county jail every week or so. Seems to be good odds on you catching him during or just after a stint in there

Oh, and I also believe its possible that MA asked for help back in December 2005 when Fronthaul announced some contracts (Coors i think?) and the PPS went up...then down down down.
I suspect the float purchase could have started around January 06. Then, A few months later a bogus CEOTA log deal is PR'd getting attention on FHAL. The buying begins. A short time later CVSU comes along announcing huge claims.....more buying. If this is all properly documented I can imagine that even MA could be a pawn here, and/or is secretly working WITH Rufus.

I too agree Cat...what I am confused by are the "getting of Certs"...if they can create fake shares...can't they just as easily create fake CERTS? And then do the CERTS verify when you bought the actual shares? or only when you bought the actual CERT? I don't follow the CERT thing...that is my "problem"...

Stockprophet closed down Rufus thread for a little while....due to all the bickering...
A guy named Dadryan claimed that Rufus was arrested yesterday, for animal cruelty....
It has been confirmed by another poster by calling the Bartow County Jail....
...the weird part is this guy Dadryan said animal cruelty, but the few others that have called could not get any information but that Rufus was booked & released on bail.....they would not disclose the reason for the arrest....
HMMMM....how does Dadryan know....was he involved in the complaint?....Does he know someone that works for the GA police dpt.?...
After many people asking him who he heard it from ...he said his friend...& his friend got a phone call from someone else....
....after that he stated that his friend got a call from Ben Stanley looking for bail money for Rufus....when asked once more he just stated that he heard it from Ben Stanley...
Last night, before any of this took place....a poster had Ben Stanley's cell number from a long time ago & decided to call him. This poster wanted to see if Rufus was ok, after that post of his stating that there has been some retaliation...., Ben Stanley answered his cell & told the poster that he hadn't spoken with Rufus lately & as far as he knew he was fine....
...so there's a sum up of the most recent events for you all...make your own conclusions....

IMO it's not "weird"...when you call jails and what not...it all depends on WHO you get on the phone...was the person that answered at the time of the call also there when RPH was brought in? So the individual that answered the phone "knew" why he was there...and then nearly 24 hours later another individual calls the jail and gets someone else answering the phone and they see on their paper in front of them that RPH was arrested and realeased but they don't see a reason? It's not as odd as what some posters make it out to be...IMO

He stated that Paul had cowbells around two of his horses neck's and they were running around when suddenly one cowbell fell off and the horse kicked it up in the air and it landed on his dog's head - the dog was knocked unconscious with his face buried in horsechit. Hey, in that post from Rufus yesterday he said something along the lines of "be careful what you post". I wonder if its possible he "jokingly" posted something regarding his animals or animals in general and someone used it against him in the charge. If its even an animal cruelty charge to begin with.
In any case, im thinking his warning to be careful what you post was a hint about what happened to him. He also mentioned his livelihood which makes sense now if they are trying to pin AC on him....his horses are his livelihood.
