What was I seeing? jenna holding her own and attempting to bring some stuff that she thinks was important...and then answering everyone's questions that were here asking...seemed like she was "winning" without getting frustrated...
BUT Jenna? I am surprised at the posts that you made over on the other board... It's one thing to have "hope" that things will turn out "OK"...it's another to completely close your eyes to ANY other possibility and then to call others "fools" for not seeing the "golden" egg" the way you do?

new2stocks, as you know this situation is not unique to allstocks. posters and mods on most of the boards have gone to great lengths to shut down any opposing views and that discourages people from posting. i may not always agree with someone but i will read and consider their posts. tex just tries to keep it real and focused on the facts imho. there is no way to make an intelligent decision about anything without considering botth sides. thanks for your imput.

hi glassman. couldn't agree with you more. that's why some of us keep coming back. the emphasis on that should be on the posters and not the mods. that comment on tex just plain got to me.

What you REALLY should be doing if you are so interested in busting the crooks is going over the posters that have been here since June 06 (myself included, known yourself out)...log info, IP's..etc. You just might find yourself a couple of money hungry criminals if you look deep enough. Let me give you a hint....November 2005 to June 2006.

that would have been me:
as far as i know? no attempts by Rufus were made, and none were blocked... but i don't know everything
and i have (always) been (more or less) a "defender" of longs in this play
i have followed this play, and played, since it was about 1$...
i do not like CEO's posting on bulletin boards. any of 'em
why? because it is not a legally recognised forum for sharing "insider" information.. that forum is the "formal press" or thru SEC filings...
whether or not an insider shares inside information is not the point either, it's UNprofessional, and in the peeny market? we expect some unprofessionalism, as co's (hopefully, just like all people) become more professional thru growth, but it seriously undermines credibility IMO...
i believe in free speech, but a CEO has a responsibility to the Co. and hte shareholders...

I agree with your comments Glass. I believe I strongheartedly agreed that RPH should not be posting on the boards. But, if he REALLY was having trouble signing in over here then it makes me wonder.
Someone posted earlier that the mods are here to protect the shareholders. I dont have the mod handbook but i hope thats not the case. We've got enough help already with the SEC.
But seriously, I believe the mods are here to support and police the TOS. Yes? I feel for the most part that is being handled well here.

if it's on the bulletin board? it's a rumor no matter who posts...

if it's in a PR? it's STILL a rumor...
but it's news, SELL.
if it's it's in an SEC filing? it's FACT, and it holds the weight of a sworn statement... can it be a lie? sure, but there's a legal liability for the filer. it's the same in politics. if somebody lies? they lied (the only liability is loss of face if that ) , if they lie under OATH? they are a criminal... and deserve the weight of justice...
so? why don't we try not to let our ego's get bruised over rumors? because we all KNOW that's what we are sharing with each other...

jenna~ I'm not trying to start an arguement with you, I simply don't like the insults and the name calling that goes on when someone doesn't agree with others that are pro Rufus. It happens everywhere. I also feel that if one doesn't own shares their opionions should not be unwelcomed. That's what the boards are for....for discussions and opinions. I like hearing all sides to this whole mess and that is why I try to read ALL the boards. I don't feel anyone "revealed" themselves to you as not being your friend.
And no I didn't read all of last night's posts...I don't spend every waking moment reading the boards.
With my experience at pro boards, if you make a statement that questions Rufus in the slightest, you are labeled a basher and you get smited. If you kiss butt and post on the first page, you get karma. I would much rather post on a board where one is free to post their feelings and opinions without getting insulted or honored.

great morning on allstocks. this is the way it used to be. props to jenna for helping to start meaningful dialogue again. sec filings are facts under oath but all of us need to respect each others opinions too. none of us know for sure how this is going to turn out!!!

she said that somebody witnessed this abuse , that 2 horses died in bartow , he then moved some of the horses to Gordon co and one died there,some were hurt in tow to there and 2 foals died also so she said 5 total died in this process they were on 3 acres of no grass and starvation was the count Debbie Elrod just said she said she did not comment to stock watch

I think the main problem with this stock is the conspiracy situation it is in. I think lots of people don't want to believe that the gov. can be so corrupt. I agree that it is hard to believe that RPH is the type of man to take on this corruption, but then again, a simple, straightforward person would be the best bet for that. I feel that he's someone you can trust because he seems to stand up for what he feels is right. I don't see him as someone that can be bought off.
The other part of the story is that this stock is in a situation where RPH could easily take advantage of everyone's fear of NSS as well as the unknown of what's going on. He could easily just say that the NSS have too much money to beat and that they’ve bought off everyone. He could also take advantage of the great bunch of people who are his supporters. I guess you could call it gullible, or maybe we just have faith. He could easily just quit posting and move off and there would be enough people saying he was killed to shut him up or something like that. He could also use his family's safety as an out. I don't think any of his supporters would disagree that his family should come first. He has some great people as his supporters.
There’s no doubt some people got in over their heads. I hope it works out for them for the best. I have a modest amount invested here, so I’ll be fine either way. Unfortunately I invested a bit more (not crazy amounts) in QBID and took it hook, line, and sinker. I was new to this stuff and dreamed big. In that case, the company was diluting the crap out of the stock and some pointed that out, but most (like me) didn't listen. I’d say that lesson kept me from over investing in CSHD. I can’t see how CSHD has diluted the stock. It would be interesting to know what the authorized share count is. There’s no doubt in my mind that AJW has flooded the market with shares, but were those shares authorized and if so, by who?

If half of the politicians in this country had the cajones of RPH, naked short selling would not exist.
I respect RPH for attempting to clean up what should have been cleaned up by the SEC and FBI long ago.

Well, my days are pretty much numbered over at Pro boards. The bully mentality there has gotten much too heavy.....deleting the article by Webb and smiting the guy for doing it is an example.
I have tried to post with some reason and its already hinted that I too am now a basher. Very interesting and cool stuff....things that make you go HMMMM

here's the problem (as i see it):
i agree (absolutely) that we have some serious problems in the market.
we still don't know who is doing what, but we know who isn't enforcing the law, or if the law is being followed to the letter, but being perverted by whoever is doing it .
when people like Rufus become "stars" it HURTS our case in the long run becuase it really is hard to believe much of what he says...
what i saw in this play was alot of really bad behaviour by alot of people.... and Rufus is not innocent, he is probably a victim too, but he has mis-handled almost everything that has come "his way"

Ive done the same thing here, attacked people that come off as bashers. Im certainly not innocent....I just felt the need to "speak up" and now I know who the sensitive people are at that site lol
