10, I sure hope my post to Soruce , didn't upset you.I just get sooo mad that some that were involved in all of this "seem" to be getting away with no problems. As far as the "other" board, you probably got me banned LOL or at least tarred and feathered. After reading your post, I had to go check , of course, AND told them to leave you alone. Oh well, I just got re-instated and most ignore me anyhow.I hope they don't ban me, but if they do, they do. You are the sweetest poster out there and just had to spread that word.

Well, 10, you and I are both "out of there" They could have at least let me send the post that I spent 4 minutes replying too. *sigh*
I was trying to explain my "words" I think I pushed it when I said "hmmmm, guess I'm not invisible" because I sure got some replies. Usually I was ignored.

Sorry Mr,C
There is a lot of pressure over there....and a lot of people who dont know each other and for obvious reasons are having trouble trusting one another. If you got banned im assuming someone got trigger happy after 10s post. I cant imagine what other reason there would be.

Source, you always make it sound like only one person did all this. Shouldn't the guilty pay? We may or may not ever know , who all the "bad" guys were, but I still believe that a person is innocent until proven guilty. If and when we know, I'll keep my condemnation to myself. IMO
I personally lay 90% of the blame on Dufus's shoulders . He's the one that was in charge . He's the one that told everyone to "buy the crap out of it" . He's the one that was late with the filings for the SEC . He's the one that didn't comply with the SEC before it was halted . He's the one that wanted this to go to court to begin with and he's the fu<king moron that didn't even show up with an attorney when it did go to court . He's the one that started that stupid azz board for all the cult members to console each other on and he's the one that still to this day is making up one exuse after another for who's to blame and why all these people lost a lot of money .
So ya , I guess I do blame him .I don't recall anyone else putting out bogus PR's , filing false docs with the SEC or going on SPR running their mouths .

CEOTA turned out to be bunk so any LOI's Fronthaul may have PR'd regarding some sort of deal with CEOTA are also bunk. If you look back far enough you can find that LOI. Oh, and there was an interview with Mike Alexander and Gordon Brown (man behind CEOTA) that went on and on about the Log Deal...failing to mention the company was going bankrupt.
Back the bus up there and take another look....there are other people you may want to take a look at.

I don't really hold much against TUT other than he's full of crap . The damage was done way before he became CEO and up until then , he was just a pumper and a damn stupid sounding one at that . I never bought into his crap , infact that should have been good enough reason to get out of the stock itself .
Hind site is 20/20 but I am definately a much smarter trader from the crap .

October 26, 2007, 2:17 pm Federal Judge Tells SEC Lawyer “Sit Down, Shut Up” Posted by Peter Lattman
northcarolinaJudge Graham Mullen on Wednesday dismissed part of an SEC civil lawsuit alleging that a former executive at Friedman Billings Ramsey engaged in illegal conduct related to a securities offering. The claim alleged that John Mangan Jr. committed a so-called Section 5 violation involving a Pipe, or private investment in public equity. Representing Mangan: George Covington of King & Spalding in Charlotte and James Wyatt at Wyatt & Blake. Said Wyatt to the Observer: “We firmly believe (the case) will be resolved in his favor because we believe he has done absolutely nothing wrong.”
While the case is interesting — especially for those of you obsessed with the controversy surrounding Pipes and naked short selling — what’s interesting to us is this excerpt from the transcript of Wednesday’s oral argument on Mangan’s motion to dismiss.
Judge Mullen: Naked shorts are not legal, are they?
SEC lawyer Amy Greer: No. No, they’re just very risky, Your Honor.
SEC lawyer Catherine Pappas: And Your Honor –
Judge Mullen: They’re not illegal; they’re just risky.
Greer: Correct. Naked short sales are not illegal; they’re just risky, Your Honor.
Judge Mullen: Why in the world don’t you all make them illegal? Don’t you understand what happens in the market when you allow naked short selling to attack companies? I mean, do you understand that?
Greer: Your Honor, I think that that’s an issue for the United States Congress. I appreciate your concern –
Judge Mullen: Well –
Greer: — and I –
Judge Mullen: — the answer to my question is, yeah, I understand it or, no, I don’t.
Greer: I do understand your –
Judge Mullen: Do not try — okay.
Greer: I do understand, Your Honor.
Judge Mullen: Thank you for understanding it.
Covington: Your Honor, one thing –
Judge Mullen: Excuse the interruption.
Covington: No, sir.
Judge Mullen: Sit down, shut up, let the man talk. I’m not going to let him introduce (sic) you. Last warning.
Pappas: I’m sorry?
Judge Mullen: Sit down –
Pappas: Yeah, I got that.
Judge Mullen: — shut up, let the man talk. Last warning.
Pappas: Okay.
Judge Mullen: Understood?
Pappas: Okay.
Judge Mullen: Excellent.
Covington: With all due respect, Your Honor –
Judge: And you don’t interrupt her when she’s talking.
IMO? it's not something Congress should have to address.... there are laws against counterfeiting... it seems to me the laws just need to be interpreted properly...

Not to worry all good who decide to ask pertinent questions instead of joining the love feast get banned.
I got banned months ago for having the audacity to ask what happened to the proxy that was promised way back in Feb.
All it takes to get banned is to have a mind and ask or state legitimate concerns.
10 I think your post was completely on point and therefore since it could not be refuted culminated in your banning. Welcome to the club.
It's amazing how anyone could think that yesterday's ruling was part of the plan or a good thing for shareholders. Wait I take that back, the only good thing will be the end to the circus and playing on the emotions of those that refuse to see the writing on the wall.
I feel bad for all that were deceived and lost more than they could afford to lose. But I fell worse for the people that were fed lie after lie to boost their loyality.
Maybe Rufus isn't the main crook but he is responsible for failing to come through on any promise he made. Starting before the SEC action and all the way through to yesterday.
At one time a lawyer was promised but never happened. Then the Proxy, then the RICO windfall and the share swap and on and on.
Though Rufus may not have gained, which is still to be determined, he did give many false hope and promised things that he could not deliver.
The good that came from this on a personal level was the many individuals that I met due to FHAL/CSHD. From Tex and Glass to 10 of 13, Bilgert, Betting Babe, A surfer, Pcola and so many more. People that I know were not involved in any pump and dump, never stooped to insulting others and were always working to help others make money in this crazy market.
All those that I have had the pleasure of interacting with, and if I didn't mention you please don't fell slighted, since it would take thread upon thread to list every one, is what I will always take with me. I will shake the negative off and leave it where it belongs, on file for future reference when a similar play happens and remember the earnest people who spent hour upon hour finding DD and deciphering what could be gleaned from that DD. These were selfless acts of teamwork that I will always treasure.
Thank You One and All
Wally

Hey Wally! You posted: "The good that came from this on a personal level was the many individuals that I met due to FHAL/CSHD..."
And from my prior long winded rant:
"For those of you that have lost and those that have suffered...take comfort in knowing that you have been rewarded in other ways..."
"other ways"...the people that we have "met" and corresponded with...the large amount of "DDing" skills that have been perfected...and the many other lessons...the reward may not have been complete financial freedom...but it has been a "lucrative" experience for myself and many others!
When you have lemons..make Kool-aid I mean...lemonade!
