That is because your shares did not exist in the Market other that electronically, Hence Air shares!!
How the DTC system is legally suppose to work is that a Hard Copy Certificate share is deposited with a DTC agent and held before a electronic share can be created!!
Your New share is evidence that they did not have any certificated deposited with a DTC agent and had to have the TA issue a new one, therefore the new numbers being issued is also evidence, undisputable evidence!!
At some point these fraudulent Market Manipulators will realize there is no way out!!
Trying to cover up what they have done to CSHD shareholders via the brokers and the MM is like digging the grave deeper and deeper!!

He said he has someone is setting up the exit right now....may take 2-3 weeks....but I always double the timeline because you can't always contol it...so I'm not planning on anything until the end of June, beginning of July...

RPH's goal was to nail the shorts once and for all... BBAN was, to me, a trial run... He watched and documented all the nooks and loopholes that the NSS found... Hearing RPH's name come up in another publicly traded company must have been the most exciting thing in the world to them... They most likely thought, "easy money"...
But whoops... RPH had marked down each and every single escape route they took with BBAN, and covered his (and ours) I said a bad word...
With RPH knowing full well that he had every single exit strategically blocked off, there was no doubt in his mind about the investors and what they would see in return for their hardships... This allowed RPH to go about Yipping and Yelling about the PPS and all the money "investors" would receive...
This also purged the NSS to continue smashing this stock to near extinction... One problem... They couldn't finish their job...
RPH locked all the exits, and now their only hope is for us to sell our shares to them... IMO most of the weak hands are out, and the rest are either Gung-ho or feel it makes no sense to sell, so they ride it out... Beautiful... No one selling much needed shares... NSS = screwed... To the point where it is opening up many eyes...
Also, for those who don't think this was planned... Look at the "fraud stories" in the news as of late... Look at the mergers taking place... You think this is all by accident???
Shorts are screwed, no two ways about it... There only out is buying shares from us, which will be nearly impossible giving the position we are in... Beautiful, by them shorting and manipulating this stock even what weak hands are left are refusing to sell at these levels... Pity on them for only bringing it down to where we are now and not getting us to sell... They screwed themselved by not getting this company delisted for good... Their job not complete = no one is willing to sell...
Their final attempt is to make us sell... And they will do it by all means necessary... I know I'm holding tight as can be... Haven't sold a share, and won't till the war is won...

I'm not in this but have watched it with interest. Come on, this guy really is a moron and he's more than likely setting himself up for a huge fall. This was a stock that was pumped to what, 3 bucks (not sure) and it's now at a penny or so? Leave. There is no potential here.

Unless you received a HCC and deposited it with a Broker the chances are you bought AIR!! The Legal tradable shares shortly after the merger, was only 31 million with Mike Alexander and Wife holding 14 million!! Meaning there was only 17 million shares that were even legal to trade via DTC (electronically). Things that make you go Hmmmmmmm, I know of a group of people that bought 11 million up right after the merger, leaving 6 million legally tradable shares. There were day that we traded 7-20 million with 6 million legal share in the market place, Hence the majority was illegal shares!!

He claims that he kept speaking with Mr. Hicks asking him if he had subpeona'ed the MM's for their records & the answer was always no....
I think he's letting them dig their grave farther...everyday he is collecting more...he said that he had to wait to trap ALL the bad guys & I think the time has come...I think he has them all...that's why he is slowly letting us see bits & pieces....
He also said that the SEC is negotiating with him now & that they are trying to settle...

You are saying for instance that if Etrade is holding street name for 10mil shares it has a certificate from the TA for 10mil shares (representing the shareholders that buy through etrade)????? How is that maintained given the nature of volume traded between MM's?
Some Broker dealers have internal DTC agents!! It just depends on the institution!!
When pulling any type of monetary transaction for shareholders do you merely consult ADP or wherever and pull the "as of" NOBO list to find the list of folks who qualify?
THE NOBO report only gives you a list of Non Objective shareholders to include addresses and all contact information!! You must compare the NOBO to the DTC security position to calculate the OBO
For instance- if you pull "as of" date on 10/16 then it comes up with the shareholders of record as of 10/16 with no distinction from who holds the shares in HCC or electronic format?
No HCC shareholders will not show up on the NOBO, it is for electronic shares only

Well, What if Rufus wants us to turn in our certs to the company via a company T/A? That's what we're thinking over at the other board....If he has his own in-house T/A, pehaps the exit is to turn our certs in to the company & they hold them for us....then the shorts would have to cover by buying our shares from the company (us)...we would have our own accounts that we could look up in real-time via the website....HHHMMMM...He said for us to set our price....
What do you guys think?

Hey Jenna- just wanted to say that you're doing a nice job bringing over the juicy posts from the cvsu board.
