Bond coupons are sold to raise money. The bond holder (coupon owner) lends the issuer money with the understanding that they will be paid back a fixed amount of interest plus principal after a certain amount of time (maturity date). Coupons are sold through an underwriter, in this case Lehman Brothers. Bonds are rated based on the probability that the issuer will, in fact, be able to pay back the principal and interest. This bond is very highly rated.
Think about a bond like a mortgage where many people share the rights to the principal and interest that you as a homeowner pay out through the years.

I don't know about the false bonds you mention but this one is real. In fact, I had a holdings search ran against the issue and found out a little more about the owners of this bond. From the search I found that the largest publicly reported holder accounted for about 1.7% of the total issue. All of the top institutional investors listed account for less than 6% of the total issue. This means that 94% of the owners of this bond are either companies not obligated to report their holdings or private investors/groups/trusts.
Again, this means little to CSHD investors except to illustrate that a huge portion of the ownership of this bond is undisclosed. Does CSHD have claim to some of the issue? I don't know but it is hard to definitively prove that they don't. Just ask the SEC.

If so check out NPYC. They are reverse merging into a shell and they're credits look impressive. Just a thought.

has anyone checked out the latest edgar filings on furia to see mike alexanders sales of cshd stock when they were telling others to hold? this may or may not be worth looking at. latest edgar filing 2/7/07. my apologies in advance if this was discussed on previous posts.

Brazil, appartently hes the one that runs Rufus' site, does not like Allstock people at all. He thinks we are part of a conspiracy and that Allstocks has skeletons in its closet.

I have been attacked there, St. Matt has been attacked there because he knows we are from here.....the people who posted at HSM & but also here aren't even sticking up for this site....I'm shocked.....Taxback did stick up for this site breifly but he was busy being virtually the only one doing dd there.... oohh & theprez also stuck up for us...he got Brazil pretty good.....
I probably will not visit there again....I am surprised that Rufus would want his website ran like that because even people who are his biggest fans are not comfortable with his site....
So becareful, & for all our sakes if you see anyone talk down this website & the posters on here show some loyalty!!!

I didn't see any need to defend Allstocks. It just shows how liitle some people know. It's easy, I stopped posting. It's their sandbox, let them play the way they want to.
None of it matters anyway. The only thing that matters is what either Rufus or John do. Until I see a filing on Pacer, no one has done anything worthy of talking about much less PRing.

Brazil turned out to be a total idiot IMO. He really seemed to have it all together at one point but has now lost it. I emailed Rufus earlier in the week and explained how disgusted i am with that board and the shareholder vs shareholder mentality it has generated. Was the email a waste of my time? Probably...but as i told him in email i wont sign up for the board so emailing him was my only option.
IMO that board is just another scar on the face of CSHD

Brazil attacked you, Portman and Jenna (and Allstocks) the other day. Jenna and I defended you guys so he has been relentless in trying to slander me. He completely lied about a PM that I sent him and then he took it public by posting that I sent him 4 PM's....so I let him have it publically on the thread. My posts that ripped him have since been deleted, yet his rude and arrogant posts still remain on the thread.
That's fair and balanced...isn't it?!?!
