LOL...it does look like it's a pretty good stock eh bilgert? It seems that there was just a mix up with that particular website for the filing with CSHD... I've looked and can't find any connection and the other board hasn't either... It just started trading in December of 06 Basically? False lead...

Well poo 10- I wasted all that time for nothing? Back to my Sam Adams. Good thing all I was doing was watching The Office re-runs...
It looks like a good company though! I won't be buying any though, but the recent volume looks like somebody likes it. Gonna watch it monday for kicks...
The company's web site is impressive. Well organized- and the CEO is very impressive. I think the cvsu.us website could use a few lessons, lol.

Man, RPH, I can understand your mad plan to play with the shareholders for eternity, but to allow so much horsemeat to go to waste without calling for a barbecue is unspeakable.

Overstock.com Says Wins Ruling In Prime Brokerage Litigation
Jul 18, 2007 12:07:01 (ET)
DOW JONES NEWSWIRES
Overstock.com Inc. (OSTK) said it received a favorable ruling in its market manipulation lawsuit against brokerage firms.
According to the company, Judge John Munter of the California Superior Court for the City and County of San Francisco ruled that Overstock and it o-plaintiffs have stated viable claims for market manipulation under California securities law, as well as for injunctive relief under California's Unfair Business Practices Act.
Overstock is seeking damages of $3.48 billion in the lawsuit against most of the large brokerage firms, including Morgan Stanley (MS), Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) and Bear Stearns Cos.(BSC).

Almost sounds like the other board...(RPH's) is thinking that this will begin trading again...maybe on another exhange? Or maybe there is another merger of some sort coming...maybe that is why "he" said we need CERTS? Here's the post from RPH that was starting the "stir"...IMO...just a statement RPH made and the others are reading what they want into it...

I'm sorry but I don't believe a word the Cowboy says. He has yet to deliver one thing. Let's see what happened to the Proxy and PACER way back in Jan/Feb? BEEP nada zilch nothing.
All we have heard about for month after month was how the boogieman was out to him. DUI, Violation of Probation, they shot his dog, his family was in danger, they took his horses. Nice subplots but at some point in every story the subplots have to tie into the main plot.
Every time something new comes out he jumps on the bandwagon. I'm sorry but mentioning Rufus's name in the same vicinity of Byrne's name is tanamount to blasphemy.
Byrne put this company first and fought the battle on the side, actually continues to fight. I don't remember OSTK every getting suspended or delisted. They still trade on NASDAQ. right?
But CSHD is on the Greys, HMM. now which CEO is taking care of the company and which is full of hot air.
For the last 7 months, OK more, we have been told of this exit plan. WHERE IS IT?
Nonexistent. I think ole Rufie is hoping that one of the other guys win so he can ride their coattails.
OH, I think he may have drafted the Pre-Nup but since he isn't a lawyer forgot to get it signed.
Anyway, can someone tell me how to handle the losses since it's coming up on a year?
Since I never have long term gains how do I write off long term losses?

Thesource, you got me thinking. I know that's dangerous. Hehe. I was going to suggest that Rufus use the Certs to paper mache a supersonic train that was mentioned as a future project but thought I look up the details. Silly me. There are no Joint Venture projects on the CSHD site anymore nor anything on the Moon base or Supersonic Train. But I did find this ironic.

Rufus is just another penny stock con man but he did manage to bring the stock up from sub penny to $4.00 a share which is pretty damn good . Its too bad I got in too late and had too little experience with penny stocks or I could have made a killing instead of losing my azz on it .

thesauce: I don't think you lost your azz on this stock. I think you found a board where people are feeling bad about their investment and decided to poke and prod and see if you can stir up some ****te which you seem to get off on. I think you want everyone to feel as miserable as you do every day. IMHO Thats my rant for today. Back to lurking.

Actually I still have my azz because I'm sitting on it right now as I type this but I did manage to lose about $7500.00 or so on it which is my largest single loss to date in trading stocks or commodities . Rufus is right , I'll never forget his name . Sorry fugger ........

I think that guy Capt Solo on HSM lost his entire lifes savings on this sumbi+ch . I remember him getting all pissed at me back when this first got suspended and didn't want to hear anything about a scam at that point . Now he's one the largest bashers of the stock and I don't blame him one bit .
I was up about $3500.00 at one point (averaged in around $2.20 a share) and I should have pulled the trigger on this POS but didn't . I remember some people claiming they were up over a million bucks and didn't get out or so they claimed . I'd bet thats bull$hit . Either they weren't up that much or they did get out with atleast several hundred grand . This was a very expensive lesson for me and I truely hope that Rufus gets whats coming to him . As for his family , they are just as guilty as he is as far as I am concerned . They have known him for most of his life and knew he was straight up lying his azz off .
