I don't see how this was a great find... They had to file these forms with the SEC in the first place, so they obviously knew of the bonds and that CSHD and Rufus filed them... This isn't a "great" find. It's nothing new to any of us. And RPH already stated that the signatures were forged which is one of the many reasons the SEC has beef with RPH and CSHD.

Don't thank me thank the new SEC full text search they installed today. The documents are out there it is just difficult to find them.
For me it is like a kid in a candy store when I find a new search tool.
I think someone ask if I found anything on the Venezelan bonds... nothing concrete yet but I have stumbled over about five other bonds the SEC records online do not go all the way back to 1998 for Venezeula. The S-B that mentions our bond from earlier seems to be about it. (so far)
I will sau UBS Securities and Merril Lynch are going to be mad if the bonds are fake, because they seem pretty readlly mentioned in som of the other bonds from that country.

I'm still for this stock to, if I see good news ill buy up again, and i'm crossing my fingers for the 6x shares to be placed in my account, I just don't believe that what Tax found is anything new or of benefit to any of us or the company...

We are beating the fact that the bonds are real to death... we KNOW they are real, RPH wouldn't just pull random CUSIP #S and say they are bonds, we just have no proof that we indeed own them..

Having read all of the Bond and Euroclear docs on the supreme court website...what would constitute proof at this point? Mike swimming in cash like Scrooge McDuck?

Mike A. and RPH are going to fly out to meet the guys associated with the bonds in another country then stay out there so they can hide out from the SEC and FBI knowing they scammed thousands of people. just my joke of the day "

Maybe he's already done half of that?
Nope!

WHY did Mike NOT go to Europe? We were told he was "on his way."
Why not just draw from them and start funding subs?...............
More like 2 cent question. Do we know for sure he didn't go? Do we know why it was cancelled if he was going? Do we know if he even packed thinking he was going? We were told by the horse that he was on his way next week... but no one has heard it from the horse since, and now we got rumor that he didn't.
Was he ill? Was there a change in plans? Maybe a faster cheaper way to get things done? Maybe there is an SEC request that he doesn't leave the country? I could speculate alllll day.

Facts we need facts. I did'nt see in the court order where we could'nt be given facts by the company. I get pissed when a CEO thinks he's the only one involved or looks like he thinks he is. The independent attitude does'nt go over well with me. A lot of talk as Rufus demonstrates does'nt accomplish much either. That just leaves action as the only remedy. As in actions speak louder than words.

It just occurred to me that this post from earlier might be misleading. What I meant to convey was that it was most likely a precautionary step taken by CSHD because they are not 100% certain either way about whether they do or don't have to file the 10-Q by the November 15th deadline while they are trading on the grey market.
I think they are just covering their azz because of the way the court date went down on the 7th where they were told (by the SEC?) that they did not have to be in court and then the SEC met with the Judge in his quarters without anyone from CSHD present.
Fool me once, shame on you…Fool me twice, shame on me.

Bonds like stocks are traded continuously. They have the name of the originator only. The one with possession owns them. Now there is a record of who has possession at any given time. IMHO
