I think all the DD proves the Bonds exist, just not who owns them or portions thereof. At least nothing I saw. Although I am not knowledgable as to how title is shown for such instruments if at all. Possession might be all that is needed.

If you will follow the link from earlier it leads to the prospectus of the venez. bonds. The prospectus states that no one can have their names assigned to the bond(s) directly. That means they must be have proof that ownership has been transferred and have access codes for euroclear.
This is exactly what Rufus said happened.
Dont forget the information found in the last 2 links to the humanitarian bond was filed in an 8-k.
