Jenna, it looks that way. Somebody needs to describe things better in their PR. There's suppposed to be about 800 people on the shareholder committee.

Hello all shareholders. I just wanted to give everyone a quick line to let you know where we are. Rufus Harris has appointed me as the chairman of the shareholders committee. I know that this will be a difficult task to perform alone. Assistance by everyone will be needed if we are to succeed. Currently our website is being constructed. I am working with Rufus on the bylaws of the committee. I do not know much more than you but I do know that this is an important step for us. One voice in a crowded room may not be heard but 800 voices will be loud and clear.
I have a few quotes that speak volumes to my ideas of the committee. One believe it or not was from Babe Ruth: "The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don't play together, the club wont be worth a dime." The other is from Vince Lombardi: "Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work."
One of the first matters of business will be the other two members of the committee. Rufus will give me instruction as to whether we need to vote or if I am to appoint them. More than likely what we will do is use the nomination web page to calculate the amount of times a given person is nominated. After the two additional members are appointed we will conduct and interview more than likely on SPR or use a conference call format. That will be determined. There are many issues that need our immediate attention. Once I hear word from the company as to what the next step is we will inform all of you.
I have received numerous emails from shareholders who included multiply people in their email. With the number of emails please understand that it would have taken forever to enter all of these. If these people wish to be included please have them email me directly.
If anyone has important questions please feel free to email me. There is no need to respond to this email. It does take some time to go through all of these emails and this is not a paying position so please be conscious of the board's time. Thanks for all of the people that have helped me along the way thus far and in the future.

3403, I got that one a couple of days ago. It doesn't pertain to whats going on right now from the PR. I'd have to say it makes little sense what is going on from the PR. I'd be lying to myself if I didn't.

I hope to Christ this isn’t going to be another conspiracy theory diatribe by Rufus. We all understand NSS and how it could be a factor with CSHD “BEFORE” the suspension. But, since the day of the suspension it has been nothing but CSHD and RPH tripping all over there collective ignorance and at times stupidity.

Well, just too many dumb things to mention. Here we are fifteen minutes until the supposed conference call and still nobody knows what the hell is going on. It’s amazing how consistently dumb this company is.

The way I see it anything that was any use for the shareholders could have been PRed anyway. Update on a market maker Date of 10Q filing and just about everything else this guy says he does.

Attention: I just spoke with Tut and he said that he is working on getting the information that you are all looking for. He has been bombarded with PM's and e-mails and asked if I would post this information. He is making phone calls and should have some information soon. Please be patient and stop giving the enemy ammunition.

I guess James (Dogmando) is on Paltalk- he mentioned the conf call was between him and CSHD. Anyone have Paltalk up? This is 2nd hand so needs some investigation.

You know what, even if the call is between James & Rufus - I don't care, as long as he's asking those questions from the shareholders letter to Rufus.....(and of course I'd like him to let us know the answers)....
