Thanks for giving me your opinion of Tut, and everyone elses thoughts on him. I was just a little angry reading another post of his. If he has more than 10% of the company that he owns, and is then an insider, I will understand if he doesn't want to make comments concerning the company. But if he is not, then how exactly can he be giving out inside information, unless one of the insiders are giving it to him? And if you have so much respect for the man's opinion and thoughts and knowledge, then tell me why I should have the same feelings as you.
There is only one thing that will completely legitimize any of the things that he has ever said or will say in the future. One thing.
His name.
Until I know WHO he is, he is just some random guy on the internet, posting his thoughts and stringing us along, and laughing while he watches everyone hanging on his words. I just want to know what I need to do to sign up for my secret decoder ring, so that I can get the same information that seems to have a couple others convinced that Tut is the real deal.
I don't mean any disrespect to anyone here on the board. I am just not buying into anything he says until I have some proof. And my earlier comment that started this whole discussion was just me venting after just waking up and being frustrated at the whole situation. I just want wholesome DD to disect, not empty promises.

Actually I think that Tex and Tut are about the same age... AND? c'mon guys...let's cool it... Tut doesn't even post here...and the only thing that Tex was attempting to point out was that port used the "fact" statement...and Tex...being the reporter that he is...was hunting for a link...it's his way... Let's all go back to the better point of today...
We have a filing from the company...which is a postive light in these dark times... I like TAX's thought of if this doesn't go by the end of December..he will sell out...take a huge capital gains loss and buy back in after the first of the year... Always have a game plan...
It's a good game plan. I just keep wondering - if this 6 to 1 does pay out at some point - will it only be to those who currently STILL own the same shares they did on 10/16. I gotta think - if you sell you miss out on the freebies.

just in case anyone is curious on the question here it is.. simon, can you ask rufus, first off we know he is not related to cshd per say, but according to his DD on the company does he consider cshd a "BUY" right now, and will we have a mery christmas?? according to his own due diligence.... thanks

I think he is agitated beacause he cannot give out any information. I do not believe that he does not know what is going on with the company. He is just saying that to not cause anymore trouble to the company. He did not come on tonight to answer questions, i think it was more of a case of, showing people he has not left the country.
