Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't posting "deceptive" PRs the reason why the company is in trouble with the SEC? I think they may be playing their cards close to the chest.
I'm waiting for either the 10Q or NT to be filed by tomorrow. If we don't see any filings, I'll officially start being nervous.

people keep quoting rufus's post about not thinking like a penny stock. they need to quit ACTING like a penny stock. on 10/16 it opened at 2.27 and closed at 1.85 with a promise of 6 shares for 1. today it is at .30 right now with no pr's and no promises of a 6 to 1. no wonder people are antsy. i think there will be lawsuits aganist the principles here. some people lost a lot of money and a lot of people are really pissed about this. the officers, along with the sec, choked the life out of the beast as i see it. we've all lost money on our stocks and it sucks. but we have to leave this play with knowledge that will make us better traders in the future, and not to let our confidence be ruined.

Theres a cure and a prevention from PRing false and misleading information. PR true and honest stuff. What's the problem with that. And another thing is I hope Mike is off the get shorty bandwagon because i'm tired of using my money to be a vehicle to bust all the naked shorters and stuff. Someone posted that Randy Mosely isn't sure the bonds are real. What kind of crap is that? He should'nt be sitting in that chair using up the shareholders dividends if he does'nt know. I'm venting too.

Everything we have gotten from the investor relations group has been very hush-hush - can't say this, can't say that due to the investigation. WHY would a new officer go running his mouth to joe schmoe shareholder and contradict all of that? Just not logical....

again, for what it's worth, here is another response I received from CSHD via e-mail. I asked in my e-mail who I was talking to but they never said. Didn't someone here say they were told who it was?
I understand your concerns. Believe me we all share them. But imagine if Mike were to put something out that the SEC disagrees with then we would get extended even further. I know Mike is not sleeping and is working on the situation. He will succeed. He always has. I am a long as well. 2 1/2 years long and while I know that everyone is impatient please realize that he feels as you. He loves his shareholders and would do anything for them. He ask for patience. Thank you for being their for CSHD.
