I do hope that anyone that receives the conf call information does not post it online.
I think the reason for the discretion is that only shareholders need to be dialed in. Not every short and idiot basher that has a cell phone. Talk about Chaos- the BBQ Sauce sorcerer would jump on from slovenia etc..
Some on HSM are speculating that this conf call could only be for select committee members. Post-call they send out some sort of summary.
I am not sure- I do know that I have received shareholder committee emails in the past. Have not received anything regarding the call as of 1:20pm.
So I guess time will tell?
So if you get the dial in info does it make sense to NOT post it on this thread?

That was a really good letter and it shared all of the concerns that I been wondering about myself, even though I may express them in a more negative manner. I hope this meeting brings some clarity to us all, but more importantly I hope it brings more action.

Keep in mind that CSHD called for the Conf call. Lots of folks are compiling the mother of all lists of questions for the company.
All of the questions I have seen being compiled are valid- my only concern is that the company calling for the conf call indicates to me they have already come up with an agenda of what they would like to put out to the masses.
I have been on similar conf calls where you have several hundred dialed in and through the conf call system everyone is muted while the company puts out the information it intended to.
Do I think RPH will do that? Probably not- he loves getting into discussions with shareholders....but I just wanted to throw that possibility out there before everyone waits for 5pm to roll around and has that christmas morning look in their eyes only to find they are just LISTENING.

good point about keeping the conference call tight lipped frank, I guess I just want answers like everyone else. You are also correct about the call being muted while the company gets its message across, I would guess that it's going to be James and Rufus doing the majority of the talking... Later

I won't mind listening , but I want him to say something that creates some results for a change, besides naked shorters and crooked brokers etc,. I want to hear it said that it's time to fund some JV's and profit the shareholders. He needs to decide what side of the fence he is on.

Personally, I am not in that deep myself, and would hardly feel the pain in the stocks complete demise. But I do know one thing. Individuals that march around with an agenda. Cooperation on the part of shorters, and bashers is what I am talking about. It is manipulation, so bad infact that I have curved my personal trading rules to compensate for their actions.
If your frustrated with the things that have transpired then I understand your recent negativity, but you must see that it is not helping your own investment. When you side with those that are aiming to place six feet of dirt between you and your money.
IMO, and just a suggestion. If you are mad take your own stance, site your own DD, and keep as much of the sarcasm to a minimum not to confuse people that may be looking for facts.
This is not meant to offend you, and it is not completely directed to just you. I think is is important for ALL current share holders to keep an amount of decorum here, or we may succeed in helping those with an actual agenda and scare ourselves out of shares.
By the way bashers come on out. I need this stock to drop a bit more to reach my next best buy-in point. I still have confidence in this company, but realistically see that they are in a tight spot at this point. Rufus you and your team of lawyers need get your filings done both for the SEC and for the Federal Court. (I am assuming that you have a team of lawyers now.)
GLTA... I still got a vice grip on my slips.
I appreciate the lecture, but if Rufus is a crook then I don't WANT to make money on the unsuspecting. Got it!

I posted these earlier this morning and since the letter said FIRST DRAFT, I thought suggestions would be accepted. Other than 66, no one has even responded to what I suggested. Anybody agree/disagree. Tell me where I'm right, tell me where I wrong. I don't care, just tell me.
Doc -- nice letter. If I may be so bold as to suggest not only requesting the status of the attorney but name and background. Also don't forget to inquire about status and plan of validating the Duestche (sp?) Bank relationship. Since that relationship was one of the four areas mentioned in the tro, I thought that might be a key issue.
Also, at the conference call will someone ask for the details and reason for an emergency meeting?
PS -- the response to this letter of "all of this will be discussed in 30 days at the emergency meeting" should not, and I mean should not, be acceptable to the shareholders. I visualize this happening, so let's head it off at the pass.

I don't know how many of you are actually out of school and in business, but here goes. During the course of creating a company and or business of any kind you can not tolerate incompetence and succeed. One has to visualize their worthy objective and do EVERYTHING in their power leagally to obtain that end. If you make a mistake you immediately do what it takes to correct it, and do what it takes to keep it from happening again. (timely) Normally people in business see constant excuses,mistakes and the blame game as incompetence and soon loose confidence in your company or vision. Thats a good point because, I can think of a dozen more important things Rufus should be talking about instead of shorters or the SEC. I've noticed that on subpennyradio that Simon just isnt forceful enough with Rufus so he never really gets the questions answered that we want to know about. Rufus needs to quit BSing to buy more time and quit trying to get our attention off the more important issues.

Jenna-Perhaps not, it isn't clear who is invited, at least it's misleading. Next I have to figure out how to know what's going on afterwards, find a way to get a clue.
