Anyone have any SPECULATION or fact as to why we still don't have market makers? I know they need to re-apply but what is taking soooo long?

I have a question for everyone & I'm serious- if we own shares of CSHD - doesn't our broker have to find a MM to qoute it? Why doesn't everyone who has Scottrade call & ask why there's no MM?
I don't get it?

By the way this registration statement is to allow public trading of $1.5B US dollars in Venezeulan Bonds. I wonder if Frank Cristiano could be mistaken in his declaration? The CUSIP Nos. are pretty similar.

I asked him if they were required to file and he said that they are not ready and will file an extension today just as a precaution. He said Mike Alexander, has not gone to Europe yet. I asked about the filings and he said that they were going to go over everything and make sure it is good to go because of the problems brought up by the SEC. It sounded to me like they were not close to being done with any of the filings. He did say we should expect a P.R. from Mike within the next day or two to give everyone an update as to what is going on. I'll be honest overall it did not sound very positive. The P.R. from Mike should clarify things up a little though.

I am sure there is more in that document. Basically it is a prospectus for the Country of Venezeula.
I will have more time to go through it later... but it does have some VERY interesting ties to everything that has been discussed over the last few months.
Just do a simple search on that document for words like "Euroclear", BCV, Ambassedor, Deutche... it is full that is for sure.

I posted earlier that I wanted a filing early or on-time. I mean it but if they use an extension they are still considered on-time. Good news is that they plan on explaining it to everyone. Using an extention and not telling people why would be "bad", but telling us it is because they are trying to be careful. I have very little problem with that.

Worst case senario of them stretching this out... PPS goes lower to less than 0.10 or so. IMO... I sell out in late December... declare a masive Capital Loss for Tax time and buy back on the 1st of the year and wait for this horse to start running straight.
There is always a way to make money, you just have to see the big picture.

Jenna...when you say "it did not sound very positive" what did you mean? Did Randy sound like things were going South? Or were you just referring to the fact that having to file an extension is not what we were hoping for?

Actually...far better than I alluded to earlier today.
Remember they are not required to file. I ahd heard MA left Sunday so I do not know if anyone is telling the truth about MA's location. Personally that does not concern me at all.
We can ONLY second guess what they do. They are the ones who have to make this work and becasue of that right now I am not going to question the actions.

That was the quote of the person who actually made the call, someone from HSM...I just copied their post & put it here, he said it doesn't sound very positive I don't know why he said that........As for me, I was just under the impression from Rufus that this was ready to go 3 weeks ago....so I'm just a little disappointed, I won't be selling... but I'm going to steer my attention toward flipping Big Board stock for the time being.....

The financials I believe were discussed on one of the talk shows or something ... it was said something to the effect of bringing these out after the SEC investigation and when we are back to normal trading and possibly on one of the bigger boards. A extension will just put us closer to that. Just my recall ...
I agree totally with tax's take. An extension filed at least indicates their intentions on getting it done. JMO

The mentioning of PR's coming and extensions etc... to me sounds like information the CSHD would NOT give to a shareholder via the ol cell phone. Especially in the midst of a SEC debaccle.
Will be interesting to see if the chain of events unfolds as mentioned from the call. Either way- I am holding for the amended 10k anyways.

I have always been positive on this however; either Rufus is a lier and/or Mike is a lier or both are. Rufus told all of us that the 10Q was ready to go. Of course it's not. Mike was going to Europe last week. Of course, he still hasn't gone. This to me is looking worse by the day. Someone over at CSHD better start telling us the truth or we better get a Class Action Suite going here. Nothing that they have said is happenning now. Not one company officer is in place that was there when most of us invested. Now the new ones are still not doing what they said they were going to do. Yesterday we were told they would comply with the 10Q (half truth).. an extention. Then Mike was going to Europe to do something very important. Yeaaaa. Sorry guys and girls... theyt just lost me and my trust. I won't sell because that would accept the loss. I will just hold till this is all over and then sue the company for whatever can be got. I hope all of you get the most out of this because you are all so wonderful and faithful. I really tried to stay faithful..... but SORRY .... There is a lot BS coming out of the company. They are starting to look like a bunch of con artists. Nothing but broken promises and lies. I know all of us have done the DD that shows promise but WTF, this is so "Unprofessional" for a corporation to act this way. No PR's ...reports never on time ....when they finally do come out they must be ammended. I can go on and on. I am in this to stay but have no more trust in Mike, Rufus and the rest of these so called officers of the company.

I hope these guys are gonna get something done one of these days. Playing on this SEC bullshlt everyday does'nt seem very productive. It seems like it's about time these bonds were hypothicated and JV's funded and all that. Maybe if they IPO out of Red china this commie MOFO government will give it half a chance.

Doc, sorry to hear that you feel this way. I can understand your frustration and feelings though. The only thing I'd ask is if you're basing these feelings off of the HSM post about talking with Mosley? Its hard to decide on who to believe, but I can't say that I believe all of that 100%.

RPH said things you are injecting as FACT after he had left the company. You're a smart guy...would you blindly use a 10Q left behind?...I would not. PLAIN and SIMPLE they do not need to file this at all. The fact that the effort is being put forth is interesting.
So some guy posts on a message board MA is not in the EU. He might not have had to go. We do not know the specifics.
What would you prefer? The company secure your short term valuation then lose it? Or take time to secure your long term valuation.
My trust is in the long term. I don't like all I see and hear. I don't like the situation. But sniping the guys trying to fix the problems will not make you feel better.
