Hypothetically they are trying to convince real shareholders that this is not going to move up. So every once in awhile someone really dumps shares. Now that the shareholders see a light at the end of the tunnel they are not dumping. So the shorts move it back and forth at .35 to .40. For them to go lower would cost them real money.

What if the PR last night was intentionally vague knowing that the bashers would go to work on it and they would start shorting it once again...essentially undoing the most recent covering that was done this last week.
Just a thought...

Shareholders be calm and take control of yourselves and do not listen to the wrong people. This news is good and now you will see everything go as it should. Obviously the bonds are real and the company will be vindicated otherwise this would not have been possible. Stop and think! I will say more later why I believe this. Some of you have told me you received emails (I don't know from who) to scare you. It is wrong. As soon as a MM begins on this you will see why.

Let me throw this question out for you folks:
Since we don't have a MM but are still trading, can MMs avoid L2 trading and the DTCC by passing shares to each other? If so, would that explain the mirror trades?
Also, would they be using this method to allow hedge funds to cover their short positions?
If this is the case, then isn't a short squeeze imminent? The clock is ticking....

Guys... I hate to EVER repeat Tut. But calm down. These are the grey sheets. The same rules we are used to do not totally apply. If NO one can see the buys and sells comming in, then there is no way to know what is "Real" what is "fake", what is air, what is not. The last two days. This could be clever manipulation, or this could be scared sales, but above all if you are not participating then no matter what it is... it definitely mean very little towards how this stock is going to price and react when trading on the OTCBB or other exchange real soon.

I agree. People are hyping it up over the sale of 2 billion shares, but it looks like it's just paypro buying shares from themselves, and they're not eveen paying for them with real money. Should be a nice pop tomorrow, but you better get out before the dump.

Guess joints and subs aren't even figured in till 4th quarter comes out, so I feel pretty safe...
