but he wasn't voted back in was he? I am watching this just like everyone else...LOL....this is probably going to be one of the most historical penny dramas since CMKX!!
Rufus's resignation was accepted by Mike Alexander. Please discuss this stock with facts instead of ignorance of fact.

I'm glad Rufus is taking back CEO, because I think there's important reasons for it. Not to mention he loves to talk to the people. I think that Mike A. and Randy served there purpose and I think mentally a lot of us fired them earlier yesterday anyway. So talk about timing.

As long as we get back on a regular board and move forward, I don't give a rat's behind about the shorts anymore. We have more than enough going for us in the assets...

Thats the conlusion written on the PR- Here it is:
[PASTE from PR] Mike Alexander says that, "I have spent the last couple weeks reviewing the records of Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp (CSHD) and have come to the conclusion that for the Company's assets to be monetized, the Conversion Solutions management group located in Georgia has the background and relationships in the bond market, with the particular bond assets claimed as assets by the Company, to implement the company's business plan. I had a short grocery list of what could / should have happened last night. I wasnt quite finished with it yet, i was taking my time.
Anyway, no where on my list would it have ever listed that Rufus returns as CEO today. Did i think it could have been a future possibility? Sure. But, right now....out of the blue? Im floored.
I cant think of a couple VERY good reasons for Rufus to step back in, but i can think of a few bad ones too.
As ive been trying to do lately, i plan to keep my emotions off the boards until i can get a better feel for what just happened. I see a lot of speculation so far but nothing that really convinces me.....yet

If CSHD is a scam and the bonds are not real:
Mike and Randy jump ship... Rufus jumps on board? Why because he wants what more jail time? I think not he was already separated from the company, and he knows if it’s real or not.
If CSHD is a scam and the bonds are real:
Mike and Randy jump ship... Rufus jumps on board? Why would Mike and Randy turn it back over when they are both major shareholders. They were in position to get their money out. Liquidate the bonds and pay shareholders, and dissolve the company.
If CSHD is not scam but the bonds are not real:
Mike and Randy jump ship... Rufus jumps on board? Why would Rufus do that? The SEC is looking for fake bonds, and someone if not everyone would go to jail for the any lies told.
If CSHD is not a scam and the bonds are real:
Mike and Randy jump ship... Rufus jumps on board? Why...well he was in position to have all the bonds and company to himself, but the contracts and contacts are Rufus’s. The only way to grow Mike’s investment money is to put the captain back on the ship that has the ability and contacts to grow it.
This move whether it was orchestrated or unplanned still has merit. Mike did not have to give up CSHD, and Rufus did not have to join back-on. Proof is in the actions.

What I find curious is the size of these trades... Either people grabbing small amount of shares to see what may possibly happen or daytraders that got stuck in trying to get out... The trades seem rather small...IMO

Volume is huge compared to yesterday. With no MMs to facilitate, we can't expect a lot of volume.

It's fourth down. The ball's on the 20-yard line and CSHD is out of time-outs. It looks grim for the homwteam. 80 yards to go and only one play remaining. Rufus brings them to the line. The play clock and game clock are essentially the same - 3 - 2 - 1 - Hike. Rufus fades back to pass, but here's a hand-off to Alexander as he streaks around to the left to make an end run around the SEC defense.
Wait, he stops. It's a trick play. He's gonna throw the ball. There's Rufus streaking down the right sideline. He's all alone. Alexander heaves a beautiful spiral. Leads Rufus perfectly. He's got it 50-40-30-20-10-5 --- TOUCHDOWN. OMG IT'S A TOUCHDOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
