Jenna ~ I know as much as you on this. Last report was Benson was still on board and Rufus had not recieved any letter stating otherwise.
This was a question answered on SPR right before Rufus was removed by the BOD. So he was answering as CEO not an outsider making a guess. Like others I have heard rumors of an external audit team, and a lawyer who really specializes in audits, but none of this tells me that Benson is out, I am sure a change in auditor is considered a "material event" and requires 8K notification for the shareholders.
Hope this helps... it is just my opinion.

It definitely is interesting to watch. Daytraders and flippers on the grey sheets. I think we have some of Wallstreet's most iron stomachs amongst us.
It takes serious huevos to trade and flip with out a bid and ask.
Hard to get anything to climb with out a bit of help from an MM. Blind trading is just that.

I just don't get it. If you can watch all the trades going through and it looks like there's good buying going on at .40 why put a sell order in for .32

Is it possible someone is dumping a bunch of shares?

Ryan, good question. Some people must want out. To me it sounds like time to have more if possible.

could be shorting the shares.

Ya maybe the SEC sanctioned the shorters and they're back in full force. Just to protect us shareholders.

My guess would be shorters are selling into the buying pressure just as they have done many times before. I simply dont see a mass exodus on the forums to conclude it's longs bailing.

I may have just got air shares. Lets see if the PPS on air shares goes up. I'll be able to breathe a lot easier when it does. Or maybe I should just quit smoking

I thought Rufus said that the shorts had pretty much covered. Does this have anything to do with the 6 x 1 share deal? Are they still responsible for those shares?

I don't see how that could happen...there are no MM's that could be shorting...AND? the whole idea of shorters are that you sell short because you think the stock will fall... My thought is more that after SPR and Rufus coming back...there are peole that said...no way..just too much risk with him..AND? that he as the CEO stated that the 6-1 shares were still a go...so...people take on the mind set..(as Chart had early on) that IF this is real? I held these shares on the 16th...I WILL be getting 6:1 and I should sell now as a safe guard...just MO...

Typical lunch time selloff is my guess. This how we were trading on the BB. I'm thinking it will run back up later this afternoon.

I agree this ground was covered. the only upside to grey sheets was there could be no shorting of the stock.

Rufus said something pretty cryptic on SPR last night about the sales that are going on now. He asked if there were really people selling? Isnt it possible that with the gray market shorts could sell to themselves at a low price and then that is the price that is quoted? Kind of keep the stock looking bad by continuing to move shares back and forth?

keeping it looking bad? why? trading between 30-50 is still fairly strong if this was a scam stock...it should fall below subpenny...there was no massive sell off at the begining..AND? this volume really isn't much...IMO...

These buys could be the shorts last opportunity to cover. They only have 5 days left.
