They do not know if there are other MM's active in the stock or not, so I would call your own brokerages and ask. __________________

That bid and ask 1.50 and 1.99 is the same bid/ask that was displaying when the stock was halted. This is nothing new. and as far as the symbol registering in TD Ameritrade its reading CSHDE

Is there any reason the company can't give the MM a set of financials?
If this is the case, can this occur intraday or is the qouting process something that starts at market open?

This can't be that accurate because on the otcbb site it isn't displaying any MM's and this would be the first to show that they indeed have an MM trading them... This bid and ask is old bid and ask...

If this was true don't you think the price would not continue on the down slide? It's trading at .30 cents right now. Them gaining an MM would be HUGE news, cause this stock would be right back up at a $1.00 or more IMO

I was just refering to proving validity more than the "financials" per se portman. I realize that it's probably as easy as buying the director of one of the MM's a nice bottle of liquer and kissing him on the ear. I just wanted to sound a little more professional, lmao...
I think good things are gonna happen here soon...

Good question Jenna, I was wondering the same thing.

Which is a good reason why people would be reading into things that aren't there today. Kind of like reading a horoscope. I don't think it will be long though before we see some 211s filed.

phone monkeys never know what you are talking about if it isnt on their cheat sheet. You need to find out which dept handles corporate actions and talk to them yourself if it's possible.

material change has 4 days to file.
explain please
A change in BOD members is considered a "material event", a company has 4 days to file a material event in an 8K filing. But as others have stated since they are on the Grey sheets this may be a mute point since filing is not required. (It is more of a nice to have, and they have 4 days to do it.)

All we need is ONE 211 filed.... The rest can jump on piggy back I guess...

Everyone should be able to see the MM, routing through it is a different story. I think the phone monkeys at TDA are just a little confused. Someone has to handle the grey trading, even though they can't quote. Citi must be the one doing that for them, but they are not quoting it. As for the bid ask, I don't have TDA, but people have been reporting a 1.50x1.99 ba since we were halted.
