Maybe so Frank but can you really believe that Rufus can even pull this off ? I mean look at the mans background just with this company ......... he's never been on time for a single filing , he's been to court with no attorney and now he's fixing to get banned as a CEO from the SEC if he cannot file a good rebuttal on the Default Judgement by Dec 4 . How in the world can this man even tie his own shoes much less be responsible for billions in assets ???

The statements of "we are gonna be rich" or "We are very confident" fall into the same bucket as the folks that bash this stocks.
Until we have public PR's and 10ka etc... its ALL speculation.
Does that mean I am selling? Heck no- just means I am not high-fiving my fellow friend shareholders thinking of riches.

TexasMoney: definately not a basher just a frustrated shareholder with a sense of humor...

3403: a frustrated shareholder - feels like we're not quite sure where we stand (like many feel) so it frustrates him... sometimes it brings out the "whinyness" in him....other times it brings out the talented poet in him- basically a shareholder with faded hope...all together a "means well" kinda guy though....

Doni...there isn't much going on...the call is still taking place and the feel that I am getting is that this call is simply setting up the "laws" of the committee and what part they will take in the Company. Portman will probably post something when it's over...I would also guess that Dogman(James) will send out an email about it in the am...I wouldn't look for much on the message boards... Doubt any "answers" will be given tonight...maybe a PR to come... peeps shouldn't expect too much tonight...go spend some time with your sife and beautiful baby...check your email in the AM... later...
