I would not assume every brokerage get data at the same time. Just like everyone did not show the E at the same time.
It could depend on backoffice processing time frames...I really do not know.
All I know is I have seen a B&A from CSHD on my TDA streamer all week. The B&A is the same 1.50 x 1.99 everyone else is seeing.
I do not in any way doubt phil.
I am only providing the facts...and man do I ever want to see a MM on this one.

I'm going to go out on a limb here & I'm sure some people will think I'm nuts (nothing new) but I think perhaps we are close to having an MM but I think that if we were to be quoted right now by an MM I don't think they would start it at 1.99. I think it will be HIGHER!!!

Scottrade just simply doesn't have a clue...lol They called me back and gave me a quote, as if I was looking to sell/buy...I had to tell "the phone monkey" that wasn't what I called for, then asked him my original question. He then said that he does not show any MMs now, but that can change from day to day. So I got no usefull information.

I'll call and quiz them more tomorrow. They still have a restriction against opening a transaction so no buying thru them regardless.

tax you have a good point tax about that link. does the 211c1 form for the mm show up on any sec list so we can bookmark it? i guess that as soon as a mm signs on, it gets on the addition list to the otcbb within about an hour so that may be where we need to look.

He is the one that deals with the European banking platform and is the one that is trusted by them. It was needed, and him coming back tells you now everything can move forward. The SEC situation will be just have to go through the formal clearing method but what the company has stated they have is now shown to be. I think we can now look forward to events happening like they should have and you should all be happy with the results.
Take a strong clue from this. It is very good news and we are winning the battle and now it is onward and upward and no one can tell you differently.

Has any of you noticed that TUT doesn't speak as confidently as he used to speak... He got rid of the animal comments " THE COBRA WILL BITE YOU WITH HIS VENOM AND THE VICTIM WILL SURELY DIE" I feel like i'm in a Discovery Channel episode whenever he talks... He just doesn't seem as "sure" when he speaks anymore IMO...
