I'm going to have to admit that I'm a little confused by that document. It reads like a damn declassified intelligence doc...certain things blocked out and all. Some good things were said though, so all in all, I guess I can say I'm pleased, a little confused but pleased.

because it isn't true and just giving you faith. why do you think Rufus told everyone to get your certs. So you cant sell out!
I have my cert, which is why I have refrained from posting lately, I couldn't sell if I wanted to. I believe in my DD and I have faith in my investment. If it doesn't work out, I'll chalk it up as an expensive lesson. In the end, it was my decision to invest money in this company, I refuse to whine or make excuses for my choices. GLTA

I think this is a very good reason why the 10Q cannot be issued out at this time. RUFUS signed that injunction not to do anything possibly fraudulent. The court case that the SEC brought about is looking at the bonds. If the 10Q contains those as assets. Then the SEC could file a motion for seizure saying that Rufus is again posting fruadulent filings even though they aren't. Its definetly the CSHD lawyers giving this advice. Releasing the 10Q would be too much of a gamble at this time.

post from tut : I will tell you what and listen very good. I was asked not to post because of another duty but I decided to come back regardless of my other duty because I said I would not desert the shareholders here. As for my and my groups holdings you will never see them but they are larger than you have learned how to count. I and my groups are in here on the same side with all the long shareholders. Certain posters on here do know that also. I am fighting for the shareholders in "certain other duties". If you think I should stop fighting for them then you tell them that.

Having read the note from Rufus and the Tut post my opinion is:
Things have spun out of control for Rufus and he is desperately trying to work his way out. Whereas for a long time things were portrayed as completely in control, it is clear they no longer are. This is not something I can DD or influence in any way. Rufus believes strongly that he has a viable business model that is being in some way disabled, illegally, by the markets. He is confident that he and the shareholders will ultimately be vindicated. I hope he is right.
Personally I do not like to be involved with things I do not understand and I am not feeling real good about this investment. However my option would be to dump shares and feel just slightly better should it turn out that company tanks. I suppose I could also choose to come on to the boards and pound the people that are still invested with funny clip art and foul language but you would have to be a real loser to do that.
So for me the best path is to hang on, trust that Rufus is truly doing what he can, support the shareholder committee if they ask, and see if this can still turn out OK.
So I guess I have CSHD under my skin, and I am hoping for Rufus to pull a little of that old black magic out. Right now it is all or nothing!

High Hopes I am in the same boat.
if played out, the next week in this process is going to be a big learning curve for everybody. So – and they’ll be happy with it. There is no negative result.
interesting timeframe. Suggests to me that a merger is a possibility. hmmm with a bank??

Chart - Tut was pretty much called out by a frustrated shareholder. Which is understandable at this point. I mean there can't be a single shareholder who is not incredibly frustrated at this point.

So what Tut is saying is that he is doing something secret for the shareholders, but if we want him to stop it he will. And he has more shares than anyone can imagine. Well, I can imagine holding around 200 million shares. Is that more than I can count? Oh, and he also is saying that only some shareholders are in the know, and we should be telling them what we want Tut to be doing, even though we don't know who is in the know.

BTW...I am always interested in logical, well thought out items longs think the company needs to address. Rants sent to me will be redirected to /dev/null.

What he said was certain posters know that he is on the side of long shareholders.
A better advocate you will be hard to find. I was one who thought he was just fun to read in the beginning.

As for me, I decided yesterday that the methods chosen by the CEO are so inconsistent with my principles that I would no longer be actively involved with the Shareholder's committee in an advisory role. I remain a shareholder, and have no plans to consider selling a single share until such time as the stock returns to a regular exchange AND provides something reasonably close to a valuation that is consistent with the assets.
While I cannot disclose the exact reasons for my decision due to Confidentiality constraints I would recommend that each of you read the lastest update from the Shareholder's committee and draw your own conclusions, at least for now, based on what I have posted in the past:

so whats everyones take on this, with Tony? I think Rufas is gonna take the long way around and he will get us there, but he needs the shareholders support? If he told us this then I think a lot of peeps would bail, but I really believe if you stay in he is gonna rewrd those who didn't bail my opinion, in the long run...call me crazy but I really think Rufas has a plan, but he wont be able to do it without the shareholders, let me think about this for awhile....I'll come up with something. LOL
