Ooops... more DD during "basher" hours. I really got to get used to the new schedule.
Tax keep on hoping...but it ain't happening buddy. Sorry Trust me, it hurts me just as much as it hurts you if not more. Just being realistic now
As much complaining as I hear from some folks in this I don't think you are playing with money you CAN lose. So with that being said- I wouldn't put myself into the same hurt category as you are.
I bought MORE today. Not because I am a kool aid drinking zombie but more because its money I CAN gamble with(Its pennystocks- its gambling).
Doesn't mean at the end of the day I will be sitting there like charlie brown kicking a can down the road shaking my head.
Its an expensive lesson
Yup...I am playign with money I can lose...if I lose it all I'm still up overall with my original portfolio from when I started heavily trading again 5 months ago

Filings keep popping at the SEC site so it is entirely possible that CSHD is still to come. It would not be completly out of character for the filing to come up while Rufus was on the phone with Simon. Not the way I would do it but a distinct possibility.

Do you work from home? I get a chuckle out of your signature since you live in DFW. An extra mile on LBJ, HWY 75, or HWY 35 is bound to give you traffic jams.

Just noticed that anything that was filed after 5:30 has been a form 3 or 4. Not sure if that means you cannot file quarterlys after 5:30 or just that no one does. Makes me think we might be waiting on a PR instead of a report filing. I have to believe something comes out tonight.

For what it is worth this was posted on HSM. Sounds like there may be an argument that we have 1 more day to file...
It's a possibility that there is a small technicality here.... and it will depend on when the 10Q was first due... The question is... was the due date the 15th or the 14th of Nov?
The reason is simple... if it were the 15th... the N-10Q is due 5 days following the due date... which means that starting from the 16th count five to get 21st... or Tuesday, tomorrow.
If it was the 14th, then it is late... and by tomorrow will be again in the dog house.
Now, understand that the N-10Q was submitted on 11/14/2006 but no matter. It depends on when the filing was actually due. So there may be a small crack to slip in to just by the dates.... If anyone can tell for certain the date the 10Q was due it would certainly shed more light on this debacle.

I think they may of asked for an extension until after the holidays. It is difficult to find help to put together these kind of filelings during Thanksgiving, Chritmas and New Years.

Highhopes...that makes sense! It wouldn't be bad if we could of heard that from someone in the know though...like Rufus. What date did Rufus say the 10q was due on SPR? I want to say he said the 22nd.

Mrs. MacMiliam (she's my 80 yr old neighbor) said she thought the SEC (I think she thought I said sect) being a Christian organization would allow a continuence till after the first. I've asked her many things over the years about our neighborhood and she hasn't been wrong yet so who knows.

Milliam, I agree. If this was the case it seems that someone in the know would have set expectations much earlier in the day with a post to that effect. In itself that would not consititue insider info. I guess, as always, we wait to see....Thanks

Rufus said on subpennyradio that the 10-Q would not only be filed on time but it would audited as well. It’s amazing how much rope is around his neck from those long nights on SPR. I knew he was sticking his neck out making those claims but I never thought he would play the biggest role in his demise – so it would appear.

Doesn't anyone besides me think it is strange nothing of substance has been said by any of them. We don't even know who they are except for dogman and he's been quiet.

I think prolly, that they know something and decided to be quite about it. if it were something bad I am sure we would have heard something, through pms i have recieved I dont think we have anything to worry about, frustrating to say the least, but we have no choice but to hang in there, I just hope whatever was said in the specail shareholders meeting that none of them bought or sold..

Can't see a lot of other possibilities why a company would invoke a private gag order on select shareholders other than they had to show them the inner workings behind the curtain.
They wouldn't collectively all decided to go silent- especially some of the overzealous ones that are involved (Not to name names).
A gag order (or "suppression order") is an order, sometimes a legal order by a court or government, other times a private order by an employer or other institution, restricting information or comment from being made public.

Mr. Harris stated that nothing has changed from the original business plan of CSHD to include what he stated in his Press Releases. He was very confident in everything that he stated. He said that the appointment of the Nominating and Compensation Committee is our top priority and time is of the essence.
