I'm glad we got somewhat of an update from the shareholders committee. Sounds interesting...like this thing always is.
As sands through the hourglass....
And etrade showing the PPS Value on Net asset at 2.20$
Thought they would have fixed it by now. Been that way since late last night.

Do not buy on my opinion, and don't chasten me for mentioning it. thank you.
Show up 200%. Dont worry the current CEO will step down in 2 weeks and had it back over to him after verifying things. I heard thats how it works??
Ya, the new CEO will evaluate the next 2 weeks and come to the conclusion that he can't BONE the shareholders as good as him, so he'll resign and Petar will be back.

Good Morning Board ... like what I hear through the shareholders committee. It is time to understand quiet times and, behind the scenes action ... just like the duck on water - all looks quiet from above but underneath the water that ducks big webbed feet are going fast and strong ... just like Rufus, etal., attorneys, shareholders, etc.
I also like the idea of a merger ... seems like a good set-up for it. I remain attached to the assets ... all the remainder is the wrapping. IMHO. Have a good day all!

This board is hands down the best when it comes to in depth DD. Nevertheless, there is one aspect of this whole CSHD saga that I have not seen anyone discuss in detail.
Who gives a cowboy 7 BILLION dollars (US)? Who specifically is the “Caracas Group”? If they gave Rufus bond ownership for business purposes wouldn’t the contract be detailed enough to prevent “reckless” conduct with those funds? If so, is he at risk of default on that contract?
Look at the JVs and partnerships. Almost all of them are vapor. Hardly any effort was put forth to develop the JVs or development of CSHD itself. Even when Rufus was on subpennyradio most of his discussion and passion was about NSS, how it burned him with BBAN, and his desire to correct the problem.
Is it possible that this was an architected attempt to use the system against itself? This business model certainly fits the theory. We don’t make anything, currently don’t service anyone, and just sit on a well of cash. The overhead is so low that you have a CEO working out of his house and one other person as a conduit to the bond ownership.
So, you create a $hit storm in the market place with outlandish asset claims, draw the speculative investors in, keep them content with information, stir up the doubters, chum the water, watch the NSS sharks feed; trap set, go for the kill.
Master conspirator? Perhaps! Idiot business man? Perhaps!

Thats good to hear and the least you would think would be done to protect such valuable assets with some reason and logic and expertise on the part of attorneys and such. My opinion is the SEC needs to be brought down and brought down hard. A counter suit down the road for damages would be within reason as far as i'm concerned.

As for me, I decided yesterday that the methods chosen by the CEO are so inconsistent with my principles that I would no longer be actively involved with the Shareholder's committee in an advisory role. I remain a shareholder, and have no plans to consider selling a single share until such time as the stock returns to a regular exchange AND provides something reasonably close to a valuation that is consistent with the assets.
While I cannot disclose the exact reasons for my decision due to Confidentiality constraints I would recommend that each of you read the lastest update from the Shareholder's committee and draw your own conclusions, at least for now, based on what I have posted in the past:
Best post so far imo. this really shows what an insider sees as some of the leadership problems and not being of "principle."

this so called " share holders commitee " is probably illeagle,if they are not registered with the company officialy and are alluding to " secret info " that could be considered insider information and as such posting even a veiled rumor may be a violation of the insider trading rules, could be construed as stock manipulation. I hope they have all contacted some decent lawyers before jumping into this thing. one guy has already bailed! ( smart move IMO ) this whole thing stinks!!
