WV, sorry, little bit of venom there, I'll tone it down.
I guess one of the most frustrating points of all this is that, When I did my due diligence and continue to feel positive about this stock dispite the current issues, I don't insult others by saying they are a moron for not buying, accusing them of breaking the law and fleeing the country. But, daily, negative bashers come here, tell everyone how dumb they are, Rufus has commited all sorts of crimes and generally be rude as it gets, then make a lot of accusations about others on this board that many of us have interacted with daily for several months. You get defensive. What are we going to see tomorrow? Who knows. I am staying long with this. It still has a solid feel. Name a stock that went thru hell like this and survived half this long. So, until this is over, I am going to drink the Koolaid, long and deep, until my thirst is quenched. Keep the faith!

The last 5 pgs have been mostly bickering ... takes 2 to bicker ... ignore the bashers who take a debatable topic and expand it into "the sky is falling"! I do not like the fact they take the focus from more fruitful conversation.
They certainly have affected me ... I bought more today (yesterday) and have my order in for tomorrow (today). When the bashers come to play, it is often a sign something good is coming ... we'll see. JMO

Well board, we will see what today brings. When these things used to happen I would get upset, but I wrote the money off mentally some time back so now it is a joke. To me it all boils down to two things. Where are the bonds, why don't we have an attorney? The 6-1 and $15.00 shares won't mean anything if we can't prove ownership and pay for defense. Because Rufus, Mike et al haven't done either we are in the unneccesary fix we are in today. This shouldn't be a big deal if everything said is real.

If I were to sell you will all know. I sell, I comment on it. If I were to sell you would not see me come back and bother you all.
We come down to what I have repeatedly said about this play. Business plan and funding are there IMHO.
The question is if CSHD can execute the play and get it done.
The ability to execute will determine if shareholders are "with or without."
Right now I continue to hold my position and have no plans to exit it.

The return of service of process was filed with this Court on November 16, 2006 and is now part of the record in this case. Conversion was obligated to file an answer to the complaint not later than November 15, 2006, but has not filed an answer as required by the federal rules. Since Conversion has not timely filed a response to the complaint, and has not sought an extension, the entry of default is now appropriate. Under Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Clerk of Court is instructed to enter a default against a defendant who “has failed to plead or otherwise defend as provided by the rules,” when a failure to defend is made to appear by affidavit or otherwise. Indeed, the purpose of Rule 55(a) is to relieve the district judge of the obligation of reviewing applications for the entry of default. 6 James W. Moore et al. Moore’s Federal Practice ¶ 55.03[1] n.16 (2d ed. 1992). Thus, the power to enter default is given to the Clerk. Based therefore on the previously filed return of service of summons establishing that Conversion was served through its agent for service of process on October 26, 2006, and the authority specifically granted to the Clerk by Rule 55(a), the Commission respectfully requests the Clerk enter a default against defendant Conversion Solutions forthwith.
