Humble, I respect your posts but I disagree with this statement about them acting like a Big Board......I am normally a Big Board trader & have personally held & flipped Whole Foods...It goes through lots of very highs & very lows & of course John Makey won't put a PR about it...

John Mackey did not personally console me on Friday when Whole Foods dropped 23%.

but I don't recall reading that they were under SEC investigation & that they has just resumed trading.........but if they had I can GUARENTEE you that John Makey would PR something BEFORE the start of the trading day....

That is my ONLY problem right now with this company....I hope everyone realizes that I still believe in it - I simply want a PR, & I don't think there's anything "spoiled" about that...plus I consider myself a "Big Board" trader so if that's being spoiled I learned it from there!!!

Good Luck to All....

To the contrary, Mike is acting exactly like a CEO, not of a penny but of a legit big company. Penny investors get spoiled into thinking they can demand updates from company officers. John Mackey did not personally console me on Friday when Whole Foods dropped 23%.

All indications are that information is coming this afternoon but the court must accept the continuation before we can move forward. We all want Mike to act conservatively, correct?

By the way, this is not a trial, only an information sharing session - discovery. Sometimes one side or the other must simply show up to submit discovery documents or request action of the court. No attorney would be needed from CSHD if the SEC were simply going to walk into the judge this morning and ask for more time, to which both parties agreed.

I feel that today will be a good day and the first step toward moving on with the business of making money with those bonds.

... In My humble Opinion

A voice of reason and logic!

why would mike and rufus sign an injunction for the sec to have more time to investigate. just wondering why they didn't say we're sorry you can't prove or disprove the bonds but your times up.

Doniboy, never a Basher just confused and a little pissed at the way this is going down. Been around awhile although not in pennies and never seen anything like it. Decided this morning to have fun, buy and not worry anymore. If it makes it GREAT for everyone, and if it doesn't it won't change my life style much. I would just be a little peeved at meself for falling for it.

I paid my $5 to listen to SPR, I paid my $12 to go see the documents at the GA Courts, and I own plenty of shares and still want more. I leave for 20 minutes to go wire some funds at the bank and get back to find a bunch of people describing Milliam's experience in court today which is totally in line with what Rufus told everyone last night on SPR.

They did not need to be there because Rufus and Mike signed an injunction to not comit fraud and allow the bond discovery to continue. Rufus said the SEC asked for additional documents from the Banco Central of Venesuela and that it was going to take time to gather the documents and get them to the SEC. (He said it could take a couple of weeks.)

As far as CSHD not having a lawyer... well they have only had a new CEO for a few days, and they are in a battle with the SEC for pete's sake. I can't believe no one jumped to Mike's side to fight a fierce battle against a government regulating body.

Fact is we are trading, they have not slapped the cuffs on Rufus, and I will tell you this now that they have an injunction! It is very possible for him to see jail time if he violates it. Goodbye "golden parashute".

In my opinion we are doing just fine, and maybe keeping us in the dark is a REAL good idea, because I am witnessing alot of panic and temertantrums around here for little or no reason. What the share price is a good reason? NO it is not a real price. It is being made up by a handful of shorts and panic sellers. Sell if you want. Buy if you want. This is the reason Rufus said he did not want to see it trade today, and why CSHD asked that the stock remain halted but was denied by the judge.

As soon as my money is in place I will be placing a GTC buy at 0.20 or less for at least 200K shares. And I should have enought to do that two times over. You want to sell it is your priority, I am betting the other direction.

These guys are not lieing... if they are then Rufus will not be home with his 3 little girls this Christmas. I hope they enjoy the BBQ, wish I was there.

Tax my confidence is still high.

I am sure in due time all will be fine.

Good Luck to All....

Less than 5 days ago Mike/cshd gave us a PR that stated they were working with the SEC. Do we need a PR that states they are still working with them?
Do we need the attantion of yet another PR indicating that the stock is under investigation?
Would it not be better to release a PR that the SEC has finished their investigation and all is well?
Or a PR stating a new JV or new money...
I don't want a PR that has anything negative...or a PR that is only written to satisfy the share holders...no more negative...
If Mike and them read these boards? Then they know we are aware of the situation..why PR it?

let's wait for a positive PR...we just had a negative/informative PR less than 5 days ago... [Wink]

The trading range has narrowed considerably ... volume is diminishing ... who knows what's next ... just trading again is some accomplishment IMO.

Hey, I'm still holding!

Don't get me wrong...
But if you're looking for a buy point, well hey I'm not bashing just telling the truth, trading like this with no quotes is BS. We will be at .10 unless some great PR is coming.... IMO

The SEC has NO REASON to hurry this. Rufus wanted to tie the SEC into all the Naked Shorting and did! The SEC aren't fools, far from it ~

Do you really think it's by chance that we are trading here now?... Do you really think the extention is "really" needed?... [come on!]

Yes we did great DD!
Yes I hope and pray things will work out, I'm holding, but just get used to the fact that we are going to take a hit is all I'm saying right now...

Why?..

Cause this was PLANNED by the SEC I'm sure IMO, to destroy CSHD, and it's working.

So yes, HOLD TIGHT if your DD tells you that indeed we are sitting on something "real" here.

But whinners please "get off the bus." Sell, cause it's going to get ugly before it gets better. I don't want to have to hear whinning everytime I come here for the next month.

I respect you all, please respect me and all longs aswell too. [Smile]

Time to decide, sit down or please get off the bus. If you're staying, know it's a long bus ride ahead... Risk Reward may be worth it.

GLTA!

The way I see this is nothing has changed since I first bought in. This is an OTC stock acting like an OTC stock. Everything will be great when I 7x my shares in my account and this thing is trading where it is valued. Everything will be bad only when this company is shutdown and my play is worth zilch. Until either event happens, then this is just another play I hope to make money on. For those of you who think RPH and MA or anyone else has to keep us posted, think again. The only thing they or anyone else has to do in this life is die, everything else is optional. I take what they give and I play the game. Emotionally, I am not mad or glad, just waiting for the outcome. I new this was a risk just like every other play I have made and it doesn't matter if it is an OTC or big board play. Playing the stocks is just a safer gamble than Vegas, but the risk is still there.

With that said, I have $23.00 in my account, available for trade. Anyone know of a good geek play? [Smile]

I listen to SPR most every night. I can already tell you what Simon will say tonite after this crash today.

Simon says>> Well, like I've said before I have free trading shares from flipping this thing 5 times so it does'nt matter to me.

Good for you Simon. You are a better trader than me. I don't have free trading shares and to hear you say this several times a night I find irritating!!!

Does anyone else find it irritating to hear him say this over and over or is it just me?

Goodness I've never been camping for this long...I am starting to miss having a toilet around. Anyways I will be stepping away from the computer again. Just curious, who was it that said "this stock will never trade again?" Something like a "mark my words" wasn't there some kind of bet to never posting again, or was that if it hit 15 a share. Can't remember. Atleast we are trading again. Well back to my tent of solitude...Rufus/Mike whoever please hurry up this process I am down to my last role of toilet paper and not looking forward to using leaves...

It has been nothing but good news today... I hate to say it but all of this was expected a few weeks ago. Funny thing is the only, and I mean only people who were wrong today are the ones that said this stock was "dead" that it would "never trade again". I would say they ALL owe us an appology, and I would also say I don't want to hear it because I might have to say "I told you so a bit early in my book."

I want a bid and an ask, and I want a PR saying that we have a multi billion dollar line of credit established against our largest bond. Not only would this news put an immediate end to questions of, "Are the bonds real?" it would close the investigation and give the company the cash needed to start funding.

Forget the big boards for a minute, forget the 6:1 focus on the problem at hand and what it would take for this company to move from a walk to a run to a sprint. We got knocked down, but this is a long race and we still got a great chance to metal if we focus on the race at hand.

As far as the BBQ, I think this is Rufus's concern for all that were comming into town. To get here and have the company not show would have been a huge let down. This way they can spend a bit of time with the company as a whole and not feel they totally waisted their money on a plane ticket. Think of it as maintaining shareholder goodwill. I personally think it was a great idea. [Cool]

I agree with that 6digits...

On a possible "good side" if this continues to trade at these levels...for a couple of weeks...most all, if not every short would be able to be covered...AND? perhaps all the BS would stop and this stock could trade at and where the company is truly valued at...

No there would be no squeeze...but it could be a good thing after all...
