I agree 100% with you on this . I'm having serious doubts this company is even worth a few hundred grand much less billions .
Why did they do all their own PR's ? I would think a mega billion dollar company would have a PR firm take care of it for them . Something just doesn't add up here ...... take that for what its worth .
Another person who failed to visit the GA superior court website..if you had you would have noticed the hiring of a very reputable PR firm..could it be possible that utilizing them would come after the JVs are in place and/or we are trading on another exchange??

They didn't go to court today...there was no need for a lawyer... I have no clue as to why they don't have a lawyer in place. AND? it's what they did...can't change it...sounds like you are not wanting to be in this...as with alot of people..so? take the chance and get out...you can either take the little that you can now..take less in a week...or maybe not get a penny for it later...OR maybe just maybe...have it all turn around...and it go up...I don't know...and I am not telling anyone to buy or sell...make your decision and deal with it...good or bad...it's your choice...

IMO you need a legal team if you have done something wrong. Take that for what its worth.
IMO you need a legal team if you got your azz dragged to court and the judge told you to get a lawyer the first time you showed up without one.
Its my understanding that Mike had a meeting with his lawyer this morning. He is our current CEO so im assuming his lawyer would be respresenting the company. Although im concerned about Rufus and his future im not concerned with his lack of representation at this time.....if thats even true.
Mike isn't listed on the web site...
Maybe he changed his mind, would that explain the no PR? After all the 8k said Mike WAS the BOD now... But he's not listed on the stripped down web site... hmmmmm.....

Give me a 100% drop Doniboy it still doesn't change anything. Just because someone is willing to hand back all their shares for FREE and someone else was lucky enough to take them off his hands for FREE does not mean that the value of the stock is FREE. But it does mean that the PPS dropped a 100% for that trade.
We have to have some perspective here. Not one MM has signed up let to properly quote this stock. So if you put a low price out there on your shares you are going to get it. You put a really high price out there you just might get it, but the chances are highly unlikely. Why buy high when they are selling so cheap?
There is no volume because no one is attending the sale.

Well, thats the rule of trading. Never risk more than you can afford to lose. Some people probably have done a little more DD than yourself which has given them some confidence. Hopefully for us that confidence pays off.
