They requested volumes of information to review for their presentation. I'm sure it would have to take some expertise in this case. For the ones who have posted their visit this week in Atlanta and in Dallas the week before, do we know NOW who is CSHD's legal representation? If so, Can you post the firms name?
Might be this guy.. -posted this before..

Is this our "Bulldog lawyer" to be?... QUINN? The one who took on Big Tobbacco and won?...
Lawsuits DTCC
The suits target illegal, naked short trading. In answering lawsuits, DTCC defends its short trading practices and denies liability for damages sought which may exceed $4 trillion dollars damage to small companies and investors nationwide. Plaintiffs attorneys allege they have discovered in excess of 1,200 hedge fund and offshore accounts funneled through over 150 broker-dealers and market makers in a joint conspiracy to fleece small and medium listed companies. The plaintiffs' trial team is lead by John O'Quinn of Houston, Texas, the nation's preeminent expert in personal injury law, who previously set the national benchmark for plaintiff recoveries in breast implant cases, tobacco industry cases, and environmental hazards. O'Quinn now purses DTCC.

It still indicates you have both poor spelling and poor grammar...was that one of your criticisms?
I think you proved my point now didn't you.

Someone asked Rufus that and he basically said he couldn't get an answer from the SEC. He asked if it would be months or what and they said the didn't know. He might have been talking about when it would be settled though.
So far, I haven't heard of the next date, I'd like to know though so I can schedule that time off.

Ok, I'm about finished listening to the other night's SPR broadcast. Has anyone talked about the audit that is happening/going to happen? I heard talk about it at the BBQ and I just heard Rufus talking about it on SPR. I think Mike gathered all of the info for the audit and the lawyers. I think they are getting a top company to do the audit. Mike said it was the thing to do at this time.
As for the lawyer, I don't think Quinn is the current one. I think Quinn might be a later deal. I think he has another lawyer at this time, but I think Quinn is the big gun and might be coming on at a later time.

I saw this on another board and thought I'd ask.
If there are no market makers and Nite was the big mm who was shorting so hard, where are they now? Does their absence lead us to beleive all the shorts have covered?

What ever lawyer they want to get or use is fine...just as long as they start going on it... I wish it was as easy as what WV had mentioned earlier...about having a lawyer file a motion to dismis...seems that all they would have to do is take the info in and have the lawyers do just that...the audit and filings are also important to get done in order to move forward

I seldom preview the HSM site but after perusing the chat, I found this discussion quite interesting on the play the last 3 days on the buying and selling.. You can bant this around.
--------------------------------------------- per HSM-- You have to look at the time and sales, and ask yourselves a question here.
We basically have 1.5 million shares being traded a day. If people believe this is a scam, then who do you think is buying at 40 cents a share?
Do you think there is 1.5mil in volume, daily, 750 of which are the same longs who purchased shares before, and are buying at 40 cents? No, but some are
OR
Do you think that there is 1.5m in volume, daily, 750 of which is being covered by shorts? I sure do. It is the most obvious setup I have ever seen in my entire career of trading. All of these buys coming in are so obviously shorts covering, I don't see how anyone can not see that. I am sure most of you understsand that these low buys are mostly covering, and if you don't, ask yourself what they are.
In my humble opinion, I believe that being on these "GREYS" allows most of these Naked Shorts an opportune time to buy to cover, perfectly setup so that the SEC and Naked Shorts can cover their ass prior to CSHD going to the next level; nasd, amex, etc. They know this is going to the next level, and that is why you see 1.5nillion shares traded even on the Greys this very day. If there were in fact only 3 million Naked shorts, and we were supposed to see 3X7(6 for 1) that would mean 21million shares would need to be covered, had CSHD got their 6 for 1. In this scenario, CSHD is put on the Greys and the shorts can cover their 3million shares(per dtcc/nobo), and unfortunately make money while they are doing it.
This has been happening since 7November. 3 days TIMES even 500thousand shares (being lenient here, 500 thousand bought to cover) 3X500 = 1.5million shares traded in 3 days, by the end of today. By the end of Tomorrow, if we are still on the Greys, consider 2million shares covered. So, rather than them havingn to cover 21mil shares at BV price, which would set these criminals back financially, and to an extreme, they get to cover their 3million shorts on these Greys and at a very low price, actually making them money (wheras they should have been fried).

Just wondering...anybody?
We are off the SHO list, -but is that because we are in the grays... -I don't know.
Seems "funny" that 75 million shares are covered when we weren't even trading there for a while...
