My understanding is that since Mike and Rufus signed the consent...they didn't have to be there...nothing was going to be done today so they didn't go...the case is continuing...

Theres always the "hiding out in the open" theory. Rufus has gained the empathy of the shareholders, no one there wants to kick his butt. Keep in mind im no where near selling my shares but its food for thought at the very least

I'm confused. SEC not satisfied with bond ownership and no CSHD rep in court. No wonder they're at the BBQ. I think a good attorney would in order at this time.

If CSHD didn't show up for court and the SEC did , the Judge has no other option other than to find for the SEC and allow them anything thing they ask for at this point .

Good morning all, This is Spooky's wife. He is at work so I am watching things. I o have a question... I understand people being upset with Mike A, and even CSHD but why the animosity towards RPH? Is there anything he can do? We all know we would have seen a pr if he was still in charge

that didn't happen... THE CONSENT TO CONTINUE the investigation WAS SIGNED BY MIKE AND RUFUS...that is why they didn't go to court...

I just spoke to him too. Only three civilians in the court room.
Sounds Like Rufus signed the consent and Mike signed the consent but mike did not have an attorney with him when he signed so there might be an issue there.
Euroclear gave a depo.
Milliam will be talking to Rufus and reporting back on his way home.

I just want my d*mn money out of this thing but its not allowing me to sell... This is the biggest scam of the century... It goes from THIS THING IS GOING TO BE HUGE... PUT YORU LIFE SAVINGS INTO IT IT'LL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER... BUY UP BUY UP.. TO Tut now saying : Hold everyone hold so that you can lose your money like me and everyone else.. He went from being extremely 100% positive with this thing before it got halted to If all of you shareholders hold you will force up the market price for a short squeeze.. We aren't going to see a short squeeze. This is a joke... They have the market confused, its shareholders confused etc... I'm PO`ed right now and i own a lot of shares.....

Right now they are all riding Rufus's horses across the border into mexico to run from the SEC and FBI... At least there are no laws in mexico for them to break.. besides not being mexican.

HELLO... CAN ANYONE HEAR ME? WHAT I WAS GETTING FROM MILLIAM AND THE HAPPENINGS OF TODAY? Was that the SEC was not convinced about the eurpclear depo...the SEC claimed that what Euroclear had the SEC look at simply looked like a cut and pastse..it wasn't proof enough for the SEC... The SEC is still looking for a PUMP and DUMP...but they can't find a Dump... Rufus did indicate last night that CSHD would need to "pull the funds down'? (not sure what that means...but perhaps "sell the bonds" and have the $ sitting in an account for the SEC to "see") Rufus also indicated that Mike would be going to Europe to speak to those people there...
