IMO, we should take with a grain of salt reports of what is said on radio and at bbqs. I got the impression that something else was being said on the radio last night other than "I signed a consent order, waived my rights to the hearing and gave the SEC the relief they were requesting."
Watch the market, watch prnewswire or marketwire. I'm not an expert but this could be Nero fiddling. I sure hope not, so I for one will not let third and fourth party reports weigh heavily on the current dd taking place.

I really don't - I have always thought it odd that the penny CEOs do so much of it. I just feel like the longer it drags out, the lower the PPS will go, and while it is an opportunity to pick up extra shares, it is still difficult to watch....but I do, because it is my money. I'm not trading with "scared money", but I don't want to see it dwindle away either. If this stays on the greys for several months...it won't be pretty.
In the end, you still make the decision, you are long or you sell. Case closed. The DD does speak for itself, but the market doesn't pay attention to DD. I just hope the shorts will go ahead and cover now.
