To the contrary, Mike is acting exactly like a CEO, not of a penny but of a legit big company. Penny investors get spoiled into thinking they can demand updates from company officers. John Mackey did not personally console me on Friday when Whole Foods dropped 23%.

All indications are that information is coming this afternoon but the court must accept the continuation before we can move forward. We all want Mike to act conservatively, correct?

By the way, this is not a trial, only an information sharing session - discovery. Sometimes one side or the other must simply show up to submit discovery documents or request action of the court. No attorney would be needed from CSHD if the SEC were simply going to walk into the judge this morning and ask for more time, to which both parties agreed.

I feel that today will be a good day and the first step toward moving on with the business of making money with those bonds.

Are they charging admission for the BBQ?

Yes they are - $40 a head, kind of steep, I decided not to go. [Big Grin]

I hope when the SEC told Rufus & Company that they didn't have to go to court, they didn't just take their word for it....I would hope that they asked their lawyer if that's true or better yet should've asked the judge...

I'm going to eat lunch - hope fully things turn around soon... [Smile]

For Ruf and MA to not show in court if they were supposed to would be so totally irresponsible, they would have to consider being voted off the board another time. IMO

There were 3 shareholders there...milliam and 2 others...Rufus got on SPR and invited all shareholders to a BBQ...what else was he suppose to do?
nothing has changed...from yesterday...but you can buy or sell...

Mike didn't have a lawyer to represent him when he signed the consent...the judge feels that he should...

SPECULATION!!! no one here KNOWS anything!! they could have gone to court if only to meet the share holders who WERE there!! these people went to court on their own dime to support the company but the company said screw it lets stay home?

Both Mike A and Rufus signed a "consent" (that's what Milliam called it) to continue the investigation...
There was no attorney for CSHD and the court was not happy with that.

Sounds like the SEC did talk to Euroclear and the SEC is still not convinced with the bonds being "CSHD's"

Surfer Milliam is calling you now...perhaps you will have more to add...and Milliam is going on to the BBQ...

what about (There was no attorney for CSHD and the court was not happy with that.) even IF they made some kind of arrangement with the SEC sounds like the judge felt they should have been represented I would tend to agree! way to go, PO the judge!

Excellent post...
If you believe in your DD then you have nothing to worry about..the bonds are real, the company is real, the business plan is moving forward..the SEC asked to continue the discovery because they did not get what they wanted, they did NOT find the bonds to be fake..It will play out in our favor in the end IMO, in the meantime if you do not sell, you do not lose..hold tight and enjoy the rollercoaster..AKA CSHD..

FWIW

Those people looking to buy cheap shares, remember we'll be trading like this (no quotes, bid/ask) until the SEC extention is over.

Don't be in to much of a hurry to buy today, cause no doubt it's going to cycle down over the weeks ahead.

How many people on this board are seasoned traders? I am starting to wonder. I am hearing a lot of whining with little or no substance.

I paid my $5 to listen to SPR, I paid my $12 to go see the documents at the GA Courts, and I own plenty of shares and still want more. I leave for 20 minutes to go wire some funds at the bank and get back to find a bunch of people describing Milliam's experience in court today which is totally in line with what Rufus told everyone last night on SPR.

They did not need to be there because Rufus and Mike signed an injunction to not comit fraud and allow the bond discovery to continue. Rufus said the SEC asked for additional documents from the Banco Central of Venesuela and that it was going to take time to gather the documents and get them to the SEC. (He said it could take a couple of weeks.)

As far as CSHD not having a lawyer... well they have only had a new CEO for a few days, and they are in a battle with the SEC for pete's sake. I can't believe no one jumped to Mike's side to fight a fierce battle against a government regulating body.

Fact is we are trading, they have not slapped the cuffs on Rufus, and I will tell you this now that they have an injunction! It is very possible for him to see jail time if he violates it. Goodbye "golden parashute".

In my opinion we are doing just fine, and maybe keeping us in the dark is a REAL good idea, because I am witnessing alot of panic and temertantrums around here for little or no reason. What the share price is a good reason? NO it is not a real price. It is being made up by a handful of shorts and panic sellers. Sell if you want. Buy if you want. This is the reason Rufus said he did not want to see it trade today, and why CSHD asked that the stock remain halted but was denied by the judge.

As soon as my money is in place I will be placing a GTC buy at 0.20 or less for at least 200K shares. And I should have enought to do that two times over. You want to sell it is your priority, I am betting the other direction.

These guys are not lieing... if they are then Rufus will not be home with his 3 little girls this Christmas. I hope they enjoy the BBQ, wish I was there.

I've never seen such a bunch of whiners ... we're back trading for a couple of hours and people are talking krap ... give this some time to re-develop itself witnin the market.

Looking forward to 6:1, big boards, 10ka, 10Q, pr's, jv funding and development, etc. Lighten up you nay sayers ... remember they have to be careful as to what they do and say now.

Regarding the judge, with consent forms in hand, sounds like bs on his part to me ... why be there if the "business" of that proceeding is completed? Maybe that is a statement to the judge ... we're content with where we stand with these bonds, etc.

Good thought. I was getting anxious to get more but think you are right - we will be here for a while - probably weeks. I have had a buy in for 5000 shares since 10am with no fill. If I'm "lucky" I may even get a better buying opportunity. [Big Grin]

Everybody -- please take a step back and breather.

The company and RPH signed consents after close of business yesterday to waive this hearing and grant the SEC all the relief it requested. The SEC did not stop the hearings. It would stand to reason the only PR that could have come from the company was a release stating it signed the consent and waived the hearing. IMO, the company did not want to even take a chance that it would violate:

"Making any untrue statement of a material fact or omitting to state a material fact ....... See No. 3 under Section III of the TRO
