oh my goodness .....I wish I had a presciption pad I would give a few people some Zoloft (if I could)- how the heck could everything in one's life be soooooo negative??????? C'mon I'm tired of this & it's stressing me out hearing big man babies whine - it's worse then a bunch of scorned PMSing women having a bad hair day with broken nails stuck in one room!!!!
1) If you are long and you are interested in digging for ways for this to work out good then what a great spot to come together with others in the same boat and support each other. Without the stock trading all you can do is try to make the best of it.
2) If you are long and you don't think it is going to work then perhaps the best thing to is just sit back and take your medecine. Cannot imagine there is much joy in coming on here and finding ways to figure out how you are going to lose.
3) If you are short or dont own the stock what possible joy can you find in coming on here and bashing? Why not go the 7/11 and yell at people buying lottery tickets?
We owners recognize that there is some risk. Are trying to find positives and are trying to make the best of the situation while the stock is not trading.

everything there seems to be the same as yesterday, except that it officially changes the companies offices to 500 Main Street, Suite A, Lake Dallas, TX 75065, and the companies official telephone number to (940)321-1074.
it seems like mike is being real careful to obey the rules this time, which is good for us.

Good morning! This looks like the beginning of a settlement. Now we wait for the SEC and the court. How fast do government agencies move, anyway?

Law enforcement authorities arrested 10,773 fugitives in a 24-state roundup in the eastern U.S., Attorney General Alberto Gonzales said.
The arrests included 1,659 suspected sex offenders, the largest number ever captured in a single law enforcement effort, Gonzales said today at a news conference in Washington. The operation, dubbed FALCON III, was conducted from Oct. 22 to 28 in states east of the Mississippi River, as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
Now that's not very nice... if I had sex with you, I doubt you'd be "offended"... hell, you'd be calling me Rufus by the end of it.

Sorry man you left yourself open for that one.
I was under the impression that he assumed a similarity to rufus because he lies about his financials too.

Yessir.
cool, I'll work up that chart stuff for you today, yesterday I got busy ~ If you would like to SEE the chart and indicators drop me a PM with a working email...
Given a couple of factors here I would like to propose one possible outcome:
* If the SEC has allowed CSHD to amend the 10-KSB to make a few things 'right' and submit it along with the 10-QSB so everyone can see everything (assets, adjustments to Item 2.6 Average Closing Price Adjustment, etc) at one time. (Seeing that they were both mentioned on the same line in the PR.)
Things to be made right:
* The $15 per share reset price (adjustment to equal $15).
* The Oct. 16th debacle where the erroneous 10-KSB (w/Oct.30th date) was issued before close of trading, then PRing an amendment after close of trading.
The speculated one possible outcome:
* The 10-K and 10-Q are recorded at the same time.
* The company is uplisted to NASDAQ or AMEX
* The PPS is reset to $15 (no 6-1 shares)
* Then the stock is allowed to open trading and the Market determines the value of the stock from there. (Giving everyone equal oppertunity to do as they wish.)

I've owned this stock for a few months now and have been nervous this whole time wondering if it was the "real deal". Clint if you're reading this, BITE ME, I'm never taking stock advice from you again. For the rest of you that drank the Kool-Aid, I guess you think this is still part of Rufus the Genius' grand plan. What do you do when you toilet gets stopped up?? You get the plunger, remove the crap that's stopping it up, then it goes back to working right. Looks like CSHD just got out their plunger. I finally have a good feeling about this company now. I think we're still screwed and it's not going to trade for a long time, if ever, but the company is much better off without Rufus the Dufus...

Can we get out the plunger to remove the crap from this thread?

At least his screen name is honest, Fur Trader. I can see he traded his sheep wool in for wolf fur.
