CSHD should open on the full Bulletin Board if there are enough real bids in from buyers before the market opens because then market makers would have to legally immediately file 15c-211's if they are acting for clients who own stock. Also, if everyone places GTC orders up at a higher price the market makers have to file 15c-211's. The most important strategy to see CSHD on the full BB is if there are enough bids in before the market opens. Technically because the suspension was to expire at 11:59pm November 6 as per the SEC notice, the stock has to open back up where it left off, on the BB, if the market is in place by legitimate clients.

it is in the SEC's case...they asked for a TRO against Rufufs and CSHD for peretration of fraud...
if the judge doesn't grant them the permanent Restraining Order? then we should be able to assume that CSHD showed they have the bonds...
Rufus and CSHD the co, was/were required to show cause why the TRO should not be permanently granted... tomorrow's hearing is when they decide if the cause has been shown...
he must have, or the judge would would be granting motions for the plaintiff...
of course? we won't know anything until after the makes a ruling...
as far as whatever Rufus is saying on Simon's show? it don't mean nuthing.. Rufus may not be going cuz he has been deposed and the case is open and shut...
wait and see if the judge makes a ruling...

Now this is starting to make sense...you're saying, the hearing I referred to may well still be scheduled, but former CEO is saying he's not going to the hearing?

At this moment...I am guessing yes...BUT? since CSHD has PR'd that they will need to refile the 10k? I can not say for sure... And? yes this whole thing sucks...not knowing if we are for sure going to get them and IF we can even sell the shares that we had on the 16th in order to get the 6;1 is still unclear to me...sorry I can't help more than that... OH but make sure you put the cookies "unopened" in the cupboard...(GTC order High)

i can't imagine this case being swept under the rug...
Rufus may not show up.. the judge will be at work. ... i can't imagine not getting a ruling... that would go against the stated intent of the SEC...
anyway? nothing to do but wait and see...

If something has not derailed the hearing, and former CEO doesn't show? I agree with Janice, slam-dunk...he's offering no cause to fight the injunction.

Did Rufus say that CSHD was not going tomorrow? Or just him? maybe he has a different court date...because he is not with the company... On HSM..someeone posted that Mike A wouldn't be going to his gradnfather's funeral because he had to go to court...hell i don't know... Now I am confused... AND? Why did paser and the other sites remove the info in regards to the case? is that normal procedure? I don't see why it would be...unless it was withdrawn...

Hi Ma!
Rufus is right now, boy he knows his bonds... Way over my head the stuff he's talking about ~~

Now I'm really confused, thought it was "no court-we win" also.So why is Rufus having shareholders over, wouldn't they still want to be in court? Maybe it's afterwards? I'm going to bed, can't think anymore! GLTY

The guy was referring to the bond signature- Taxback verified it was not the signature on the CSHD bond of the renowned fraudster. I can't find the old post though....but Taxback did a good job in finding the signature and verifying it was the correct Bank official

I am excited as to hearing from Rufus, but also am mindful of the PR Nov 2 and thinking about the meaning of Mike Alexander's statement (see below in caps.) ..............and as such really want to see a press release from CSHD with definitive info and/or a posted ruling by the Federal Judge, before getting too jubilant....FWIW
