What is happening? Why is everyone so happy? If we trade tomorrow with no PR this could dump.

Why would a stock price dump in this situation?
Agree. But I am also thinking How did the SEC "protect" us??

Investor confidence/perception has been shaken...and people will want the Heck out to not have their money froze again...that's the bottom line...and once a stock/person has been "accused"...the questions always remain...

Doing Good...haven't been able to get on much cuz my company moved and we are now in cubicles (suks). I have to be very careful now, whereas before, I had my own office.

I would really think about dumping anyone...
Rufus sounds very positive tonight!
Said EVERYTHING they PR'd they have!
And that "they" don't want to see CSHD's 10Q that is due on the 15th! Because of the HUGE bonds on it, further, Rufus says that they will start drawing credit from the bonds and funding their joint ventures!

I think most people will continue to hold... nothing bad has been proven so we seem to be on our original path just a before with lots of headaches and ulcers in between.

The DD on this board said that it only takes a short while for an MM to file and trade this stock...correct? Did Rufus mention what board this will be trading on? Looks like pinksheets, but that would be strange.

I got ya 10...but if in fact there was fraud...why on earth would the company be able to continue operations?
At least this is the way I'm reading this...I can't find one valid reason...now that the trial has been canceled to not believe this is real...

Tex, i have only seen one stock "trade" this way..and the PPS was all over the place...so I have no idea... my guess is..you blindly put in an order of what you are willing to pay or get...and wait..until someone sells or buys it from you... There's no way I would attempt to "flip something in this fasion...that's for sure...

How does anyone see this happening? Honestly. I am not selling and anyone else who is willing take a chance on missing a 6:1. Is really going to sell?
Heck we have proof that the bonds are real from the info found on the Certificate of Ownership. At the very least the UCC Note covers this company's value up to almost $3.
I am not going to give anyone any advise... but people had better get back to your number one fundamental. Show patience, and cover your capital.

After a supspension? SEC won't comment on whether investigation continues; if enforcement ever comes, public will know EC so announces. So *if* one trades post-suspension, could be trading in a company that is still under investigation, facing further enforcement action.
