Sorry 10- what I meant was that since they did provide Deposition I think we would have seen a definate turn for the worst right after the deposition.
Not have a "no court" date for tomorrow.

Wasn't court at 9? Go there first or call and ask the court if they are still scheduled...keep in mind that Rufus is no longer the CEO...soooo...double check with CSHD or the court..and if there is a hearing...go to that...IMO... Night all!

Rufus's place is a good 45 minutes to and hour from the court house, so there's no way to do both.

OK Tex, I reported my 1st post to be taken off as being 'improper'. Maybe they will pull this whole string up to this point. I see what you are saying, we will have to just see how things go in the morning.

Chart, it is my understanding that RPH states ,he does not go to court today, But does the judge still give his ruling today? If you were there, would you go to the courthouse? or to the ranch? Yes, I am confused.We need a pr.
