The trial date tommorrow is not going to happen Tex, (according to Rufus)
I understand what you are saying about an SEC investigation...but with the allegations that they brought forth do you really think if they were true we would continue trading?

It is your network CRab. Mine will do it once every half hour or so when I am doing alot of other surfing while listening. It is the network buffering the throughput.

At least this is the way I'm reading this...I can't find one valid reason...now that the trial has been canceled to not believe this is real...
Crab...you've been in this...you are aware of the happenings...try to remove yourself...look at it as a newbie comin' in...which..in order for the pps to rise..you need new buyers(demand)...but IF you had never heard of CSHD...and came across it...and saw and read the happenings...would you really buy it? would you take the chance? that is going to be part of the problem...GAINING people's confidence again...NEW people...IMO

I understand where you're coming from 10...it seems a "hand's off" play...
On the same note...something like this...because we all know something like this has never really happened...would you personally maybe want to read a little more into things? I know I would be damn curious...
I'm not saying I would jump right in...but I would definitely look a little further into the SEC allegations...and what the company did coming out of that...
New investor confidence in gonna depend heavily on the company's activities in the next couple weeks...that is how I see it anyway...maybe I'm totally off base...

I was thinking another hearing was scheduled, due the SEC's perceived "urgency" re info coming from Rufus.
"but with the allegations "... I expect it trade on greys, while the SEC continues to at least monitor, if not investigate. That's pretty much customary, yes...

GTC orders...put them in...I don't know if that really works or not..BUT? It can't hurt...AND I sent this to someone on the board...it was the best analogy I could come up with for those that didn't understand why you should do it...If it's not correct then let me know so i can eat the damn cookies!
It doesn't matter if you have them in a margin or a cash account OR how you paid for them...they are free trading shares...you do not have CERTS...so the MM can borrow them...and then when you go to sell? the MM will put them back...
Let's say you have a box of cookies in the cupboard...the box is open...but there are still cookies in the box..and you KNOW it(by the way, it doesnt matter if you paid cash or charged those cookies...they are there and they are yours)...your child eats all the cookies but puts the box back...YOU don't know the box is empty...you think that you have cookies in the cupboard...you call your child from work and tell her you can't wait to get home and have one of those cookies...your child now knows that you are going to want those cookies...she runs out and buys another box...opens them and puts them back in the cupboard...when you get home the cookies are there..just as you remember... NOW lets say...you put the box in the cupboard...and they ARE not OPENED...your child can't sneak one...Soooo..the GTC order? is like an unopened box of cookies in the cupboard...with out the GTC? MM's can sneak them and put them back later...

Anything that went into the company's books went through the SEC Oversight Committee before Darrel Horton would even accept it to file it with CSHD! That is huge!

No.. Think about this Tex If they let this open on the greys and then come to find out everything is verified in two weeks The SEC will have shot themselves in the head.
Why would they even let us trade period if the claims were false.

Crab..you are correct...right now...when this is actually trading on a "normal board"...CSHD will have to build investors confidence..maybe with things like divvies...and great PR's and timely filings...!

10 I can still read it. Pride and ignorance will prevent most there from admitting there defeat. You described it well. I thought they would have me in jail. Maybe I am who cares. That place is almost worthless except for bluediamonds and a couple of others.

just the way it works...the market's due process, if you will.
They can suspend for 10 days on a given set of concerns; they can't suspend subsequently for the same concerns. Yes, they *can* suspend again, but any subsequent suspensions must be for concerns different from original/preceding.
The suspension forces trading to the greys--sans fresh 15c2-11, of course--while investigation continues. Am not addressing CSHD uniquely, here. This is re: all suspensions...
As i understand your question, you're positing a case for instant revocation. To me, that would be like someone's going stratight to prison without even being arrested...just picked up and hauled to prison.

Will trading automatically resume after ten days? It depends on the market where the stock trades. Different rules apply in different markets.
For stocks that trade in the OTC or the over-the-counter market, trading does not automatically resume when a suspension ends. (The OTC market includes the Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets.) Before trading can resume for OTC stocks, SEC regulations require a broker-dealer to review information about a company before publishing a quote. If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are current and accurate, especially in light of the questions raised by the SEC, then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the company's stock.
In contrast to OTC stocks, stocks that trade on an exchange or Nasdaq resume trading as soon as an SEC suspension ends.

This SEC investigation and the fact that we are still in business should help to create confidence I would think. Compare that to investing in some other Pink that you know only a little about and has only a fraction of the assets. Any company can get investigated at any time and be suspended, maybe even guilty. The occasion is'nt that rare. I have been in some that should have got shut down before they even started. Right Babe?
