Please go ahead and call the SEC. The numbers are at the end of the TRO. Ask for a different attorney that is listed on the TRO for a different perspective.

Well, I'm headed out to court. If there's nothing there, then I'll head to Rufus's place. The court is kind of on the way there. I'll be in touch.

My scott is locked out as well. Also, since the stock in under $10, scott rules will not let anyone post a sell limit at $15 because it is more than, I believe, $5 above current list price.

She said that after close of business yesterday, both the company and Harris signed consents waiving the need for today's hearing and granting to the SEC all the relief it could have gotten at the hearing anyway.
She asked that I call her back this afternoon since she was calling SEC witnesses now telling them they do not have to show up in court. She will then explain to me the SEC side of recent events. Then we can weigh all sides.
You're new...so suspect. I do know what Hicks said yesterday. Please provide her number and questions you asked. We will then double verify the results both at her level and Hicks.
Remember...we open today...there will be many FUD attempts.
Remember the SEC does not comment one way or the other on results. Hence my suspicion she will say anything much.
But at this time I give you the benefit of doubt.

LGTD, SACM & TDCM showing on bid and ask ... per Scottrade Elite L2's. IMO, the SEC got the misc stuff deleted from CVSU.US, Rufus is no longer CSHD management, the bonds have been reviewed, etc. ... we're ready to roll!
This is going to be a most interesting day!

Mr. Portman -- I know I have to prove myself so I understand my being suspect. But you got to admit, it was a pretty neat idea to just pick-up the phone and call the SEC. If you want surfer or others to take the ball from here, that's ok by me. But I am telling the truth.

filing consent motions are the only way to stop the hearing today and to me that would be like cshd falling on the sword, ie no defense. portman has a valid point about checking this out quickly by telephone. i agree completely there.

it doesn't hurt to have more than one call...but that doesn't mean that anyone will be able to get a call in... let us know if you talk to her later today will you?

The SEC complaint mostly dealt with PRs and Rufus' actual alleged "misleading" statements, so his removal would satisfy them, in a way. That's why I see a settlement being filed in about an hour.

wv1973 no one is saying you aren't telling the truth. however, since so much has been said by both sides on this discussion board, you shouldn't fault us for verifying what you posted. this is done to everybody here so don't feel bad. btw, welcome to the board.
