Dollar, many of the longs are tired of fighting with posters who have tried to bring up speculation in many areas of CSHD, most of which were covered months ago on CSHD threads. Those who have done critical DD are comfortable with their position and figure there is nothing to argue about why we are halted. Many new posters have come to these boards with obvious agendas and many of us don't feel the need to reply to their banter...

Rufus is confidently saying no one will find fraud with CSHD. He also said that in some of these countries involved people would be killed for such fraud.
On the shareholder committee : Simon asked if we could vote Rufus as a committee member. Rufus said when everything is resolved he is full willing to "step back up". This man is not backing down. He guarantees upon exoneration he will return as whatever he can....

S4 involves CVSU shareholders... Not that big a deal. They had NOTES and wanted them converted into STOCK. A registration of nores is all it is...

Sorry for not providing a good play by play... I just got in from my daughters b-ball practice. Opened Allstocks ans SPR trying to get caught up and bam Rufus was the first caller. Talk about timing.
Rufus is very confident as usual. And is adimit that things came to light that he had no knowledge of that had to be dealt with. He could not do it with the daily happenings of the corp.

R: the company is going forward and has not stopped or slowed down, Rufus told company to close open business, bring the money home and let them say it's fraud... haha -he laughed.
