Thanks board for the updates! -Back now,...

Been thinking about the PR...
You know it might be better to release one before the bell, otherwise bashers will just bash it all night and "spin" it.

It might have a better "effect" if done before the bell...

----NOT that I want to wait!

But can you see my point?...

Said that the company is going to move on with the injunction placed on the company keeping it out of court any further.

Rufus will deal with the court on his own.

Remember folks. No matter how long this court thing drags out we were suspended and every MM has to file that 15c211 or whatever form which, from what i understand, they must disclose their position on the stock. If MMs file maybe they feel good about making a market for CSHD again. If a shorted MM files I assume they intend to cover. If an MM decides to walk away i wonder what brokers will feel it. Whatever it may be, I think that CSHD will trade soon with shorters wary of playing the game again. Short elimination.....they are out of the picture and now we can trade as CSHD shareholders would like to trade.

If Rufus proves he provided correct information and the SEC was out of line for suspending us I sincerely hope all of you are ready to make some noise. You wont be able to shut me up.

Should be a good hearing tomorrow too. I think our mans ready. Get'er done Mr Harris.

He suspected someone in the company was not being upfront with him. They had provided the SEC with internal documents that "did not look very good".

Rufus handed it over to Mike A. and is arranging for credit interviews with Mike with his contacts in Europe.

Says the company is in good hands at this point.
