Tut's recommendation was for everyone to put their shares up for sale at a very high price to put a squeeze on this tomorrow. (By us essentially pulling our shares out of circulation.)

Nice TexasMoney... If I remember the delisting from OTCBB came first thing in the morning on the 30th and was effective that same morning. So we could see something on the OTCBB website tomorrow early regarding the uplisting from Other-OTC to OTCBB. The More MM's the merrier.

Scottrade didn't show anything different for me in terms of being able to trade, but I was able to do a GTC for my CSHD shares on Choicetrade - don't know if that means much or not....

FWIW I put in a GTC order with Fidelity for 1,500 shares at $15 (the highest they would let me on line). The rest of my 9,000 shares I'm keeping!

Etrade won't let you put in a GTC order yet, atleast not for me.

I believe everything will work out for everyone. On all other issues I am discussing everything with Mike to make sure that the shareholders get what was promised. I am fighting for the shareholders right now and I can read already that I am being successful. I will update by posting later today. I will be in continuing discussions today to make sure the right thing is done for all of you. I believe we will also be successful in the hearing tomorrow and when that happens combined with my talks with Mike and plans for the resumption of trading I believe we should be able to see market support on the positive side. I ask that all of you stand by my side because my fight is for all of you shareholders.

Another update. Since this is not anything that has not already been stated in the 8ka I have just had it confirmed that nothing will change with the 6 for 1 and everything else will be honoured. When we resume trading I would highly suggest that everyone be very strongly on side and do what you all did before by placing all your shares up out of reach from the shorts on very high offers GTC and above all hold strong to sqeeze the market makers. Do not allow them even one share with which to cover and we will win against them. My fight has become your fight and we will not give in.

I recommended to Mike not to ask for an extension to the halt. I know from other examples that if an extension was asked for, the SEC could halt it indefinitely and I do not want to see that for all you shareholders. If a solid press release came out before the opening of trading we should be able to expect a strong market. The suspension should still be lifted as the SEC stated in their notice at 11.59PM tonight which means trading should resume tomorrow morning. Remember hold strong and take your stock out of reach with GTC orders very early.

If everyone that can, throws in their support we should be kicked right onto the same market we left off on. The market makers then have to line up like the orders that come in by immediately filing 15c-211's and that can be instantaneous.

I believe Mike knows that a "solid good press release" would be needed before the open of market. It would only be expected.

Arrived safely in Atlanta...will be meeting with some people shortly to see what our current position is for tomorrow.
All is well...very well! Was on the same flight with Dogman and sat next to him. We shall see how quickly the beast gives up!
It's a blackmail contest at this point and both sides are trying to anticipate the others moves. It's going to be real interesting at the hearing.
IMO I don't see trading happening tomorrow...regardless of what some may think. It would be good for a continued halt until ALL ducks are in a row and everyone knows the validity of CSHD and can no longer question it.
We have to remember, our connections are more powerful than those of the crooks! They will be revealed if they do not stand down.
Also, IMO the 6 for 1 is still unknown, regardless of what certain others say they know as fact. Go read my **** if you want to know why it might be a good thing not to have...though there are arguments from both sides.
Let's just remember this:
MIKE ALEXANDER WILL do EVERYTHING that is in the BEST interest of all shareholders. He is a great guy.
