these are valid points but it is still speculation and thats all it is. and we are not still in buisness, trading has been suspended, besides the bond income the company has no other buisness YET. court date on the 7th has not been cancelled, the CEO was fired, we dont KNOW what the SEC turned up YET and if no one goes to court on the 7th we may never know, unless charges are filed {hope that does not happen ) reguardles of what they (sec} found the company is due it`s day in court. this can all be spun anyway we want. bottom line: it sucks! hopefully for good or bad the trueth will come out on the 7th i just hope someone from the boards can be there to hear it.

I still don’t' believe he will be the long term answer. Even if he is he will have nearly 7 BILLION US DOLLARS which is a damn generous learning curve to get it figured out.
When these bonds get Wall Street buy in, which we can thank the SEC for, we won't have any problems finding buyers. Right shorties!

To some extent, I agree. I don't think they should have been on SPR at any point. To me, this seems unprofessional. The excessive use of colorful metaphors didn't help either.
However, I am very confident things are going to go in a positive direction with or without MA.

I really am just messin'...it was "important" to others yesterday where Rufus was from and what he did in the past before BBAN...I don't know if going that far back in Mike's life is important TO YOU...that's all.. It's not important to me...nothing I can do to change who the CEO is of this company at this time...

where did the air shares of cshd come from? they had to get on the market originally frpm some source? who originally printed the paper and why was rufus willing to cover the counterfeit shares (it will only cost $2 a share but no one will care cuz it will be worth so much more - something like that !

This does not change things except in a good way and you will all get what you wanted here. This was necessary and a lot of you can't understand the reasoning but it will still work out in all the shareholders best interests. If you ever watched the stock trading you would have seen that the price was not being held down by sellers, it was being repressed by the MM's. Why do I say that? you see a half dozen buys go through for 1000 shares at X and the price holds firm then you see a single buy go through for 250 shares and the price downticks.
