I called SACM. In order to get the answers you want you will need to call your broker and speak with them regarding SACM and CSHD....they will NOT answer questions from a private investor. Was worth a try though eh?
Maybe we should have one of the "Ladies" try! -wink, -wink...

Personally, I don't think we are going to know much until we wake up and the market opens. I was hoping we would hear about a settlement, but in lieu of that, I really don't want to trade....
(Edit: I also don't think it will take 4-6 weeks to trade with an MM if the court's/SEC clear it...no way they will miss out on those commissions for that long)

If everyone that can, throws in their support we should be kicked right onto the same market we left off on. The market makers then have to line up like the orders that come in by immediately filing 15c-211's and that can be instantaneous.

To set everyone straight about Doc's question on our shares at our broker and what it means to put them up for sale (either GFD or GTC) at a very high price.
If you have a Margin Account, all of the shares that you bought are listed as Street Shares and are used however the broker wants to use them, it is part of your agreement with the broker. The broker can use them for short selling, lending out, or whatever they want to, only you are on a list as one of the clients who bought them and are entitled to however many you purchased.
The idea of putting them up for sale is that when you put in an order to sell, then your broker must set aside the number of shares that you put up for sale and not use those shares for anything. Thus if all their clients put all of their shares up for sale at $100 per share then the broker must set all those shares aside and not use them for anything unless someone wants to buy some for $100.
As far as a cash account goes you will have to check with your broker because some brokers have those shares as Street Shares also. I am with Choicetrade and they told me that both accounts (margin and cash) are in Street Shares.

Form 15c211 does not take four to six weeks. We confirmed a week ago that it was about a 20 minute process. Someone go find the link on the old thread.
Or google it... it is out there. 4-6 weeks? Ha! I would like to know who you talked to.

I guess we are going to trade tomorrow. I don't see any notice from the Conversion solution or the SEC people saying otherwise. That or it just is'nt important for us to be told, because we're just shareholders.

While filling in the forms to trade this...how are the MM's justifying whatever price it is they will be quoting come tommorrow morning?
Are they able to just use the last price traded...then move where demand or lack there of takes it...or do they have to use some sort of fundemental calc using the company's audited numbers?

Dont be suprised to see MM relisting shortly after midnight! Especially for those that are short! IMO they may see it as an ideal time to cover in the midst of all the uncertainty.
