Good to know that you are OK Dog... I am hoping that the trading does not resume until after all of the court things are "settled"... Filings and PR's are what is needed from the Company...Let's hope for the best...Until then we have NOTHING but speculation from both supporters and Nay Sayers.

The CEO has to be there to represent the company. Rufus said it was almost like 2 cases. One against him... one against the company. We know that Rufus was a bit of a scofflaw... and I'm sure they will make a big stink about his "violations".
I hope they look to Mike A. and a group of attorneys representing us and say, " OK you've cleaned up your act... but we have our eye on you." ... then turn to Rufus.
Still don't know how we resolve the trading suspension or where they will list us. I don't think any MM's have signed on yet. Are we privvy to that info? cuz I can't find it. If an MM signs on.. we are "golden".. or at least not flat busted.

I still think that Mike A. wouldn't have jumped into the hot seat without the bonds being real. Sabra Dabbs would have been gone a long time ago if that was case. She seems too sharp to fall for the shell game.. "we have the bonds.. but I can't show you the Euroclear account." IMO

many posters have been speculating that RUFUS planned this whole fiasco, well maybe they are right, maybe pals of RUFUS are the ones who have been shorting this, RUFUS was in a perfect position to pull this off, he authorized the PR`s and went on the radio promissing X amount of dollars per share and made promisses guarateeing X dollars no matter what, and all manner of pumping, got himself dragged before the SEC knowing that they would HAVE TO suspend the stock to investigate his wild claims, also knowing that even IF trading were to resume the price would fall like a rock! and his short buddies would get rich!. lots of spin out there, this scenario makes as mutch sense as any. not bashing just SPECULATING!!

I agree... not bailing on Rufus. Let's just say he's in "quarantine" until the sickness fades. For the immediate health of the company it had to be done.
I'm holding my shares and waiting for the business to happen... I'll wait on the pie too, that's why I'm trusting being in court on Tuesday.
