OK, I hear all this down talk and up talk ... I'm on the up side ... Why?
1. Trading again - I do not think we were expected to be trading again at all .. the fact we are says alot to me ... the basic fundamentals must be fairly well intact ... we'll see.
2. The 6 for 1 additional shares have been given and all indication so far says we will get it ... we will see.
3. Upon opening this am, I noticed it was being hit hard at .25 pps and then popping up to as high as 2.20 pps ... IMO, we did well to close where we did - in consideration of the 7x shares, provided we do get them, todays close would more closely be 3.85 pps given our current share count.
I did get a good feeling today when dog posted and said to get away from the computers ... he passed a little calm to me and others I'm sure.
Do I like the way all this is happening? Not particullarly, but I can see it working out. Looking forward to the bbq report. JMHO

The stuff about the judge being pissed is from people who went to court, they're just lucky they didn't get held in contempt. It's not terribly important, and it's mostly heresay, but wtf. Hire a damn lawyer mike.

Actually they had an air tight prenup...as a matter of fact she even waived her right to offer spousal support, and she asked for both parties to pay for their own attorneys, lol...she's takin it to him, lol...

For you to post the sky is falling and write off based on hearsay tells me you don't have much tied up in this.
We had several different accounts of how court went- personally since I wasn't there I can't answer which is correct. We will have to WAIT and see what's posted on PACER. The accounts I have seen (most on HSM):
*Court was canx- someone on HSM said they called and it was canceled.
*Court went on as scheduled but RPH and MA both signed the Inj. prior so did NOT have to attend
*Now the new scenario you bring up- where the Judge was furious waiting for CSHD to show up and the company was cooking out????
My thoughts?
Do I think this country cowpolk would cook up this entire multi-million dollar scandal company from nothing and develop it into a penny stock scheme of the century?
During the time these people (T. Miles or anyone that’s short in this stock) were looking to derail CSHD over the past 5 months do you think they would have at least once tried to call the REAL bond owners and fight it that way? Wouldn't that seem to be the easy way to combat this bond claim?
Do I think that if this was the scam of the century with fake bonds and no real company that the SEC would have already shut us down months ago? No- Rufus would be in cuffs and the company would be shut down. Not to mention RPH and the other officers shares are RESTSRICTED!!! Do you think they are going to masquerade a fake company for two years so they can cash in and sell the millions of shares they own collectively? So that rules out the PUMP and DUMP right?
I am not saying that this is a 100% sure thing! I am not saying this is an easy play- by all means don’t put any money in this you can't afford to lose because it can easily be lost.
But sheeessshhhhhh- the sky might fall but just go ahead and wait and see what comes out. You have NOT had any official word from anywhere on ANYTHING. You have not heard anything about court nor have you heard anything about the updated 10k coming (indicating the 6:1 etc..) so its just a waiting game. Patience is key!
Don't label me a pumper either- I think this can easily turn into a disaster….but if you played your shares right the possibility of this outweighs the potential loss.
Good luck everyone- look forward to what comes out in the near future regarding financials as well as the court proceedings. (Yes I will be waiting to see official PR's and Docs...not hearsay)

A lot of things were discussed and a lot of things made sense. IMO we are sitting pretty. Don't let anyone shake you at this point. Hold strong to the DD and what you know about this company and the people like Rufus and Mike that have gotten us to this point. I believe we will all benefit from our loyalty. I do not believe it is CSHD vs. the world anymore. I believe there are people involved that will not let this go away or be swept under the carpet. Thank you Rufus for your hospitality and your work for me and every share holder. Mike I have total confidence in you in leading us where we are intended to go. My prayers go out to all.

I couldn't sell any shares today at .56. I may as well cancel my order before opening tomorrow. I am not very confident at this time but something tells me to wait a little longer. We still don't have any answers to this ongoing saga is at this point. Everything being presented here is pure speculation at this point. Bond authencity will determine our fate.

He has not once given us anything of any substance, never given us a link, never stated a SEC rule that we are following or breaking, never given us any links to anything to check out, and most importantly, NEVER GAVE US HIS NAME. He is a waste of time and energy, and I vote that everyone should ignore him. His posts add nothing to the situation, and only leave you hanging for his next empty promise.
